Jemma had always been the shy type at 17, she was sweet shy and innocent, and having lost both her parents in a terrible car accident found herself under her big brothers wing. She always adored her older brother, although she had heard stories from his girlfriends that he could be rather overwhelming and kind of demanding she never thought anything like that of her brother. She adored him ever more now considering he had to put his life on hold to support and care for her.

Jemma didn't know about her older brothers likes or dislikes when it came to sex and she had no idea she would very soon find out.

James was 22 and away studying at the university of his dreams when he got the call. It had been a cold rainy night when it happened. His parents were on there way home from a party. The mixture of cold weather and rain caused them to lose control of the car. They crashed into the wall of an overpass and were sent flying down. The crash killed them instantly. Luckily his sister wasn't with them when it happened

His sister was now alone and she was to young to take care of herself. He flew back home immediately to take care of everything that was needed for the funeral. With no one else to take care of her sister now he had no choice but to leave school and move back home.*He got a job working security at the mall. He didn't have a degree but he had a sister to take care of now and couldn't be picky.

Working at the mall wasn't to bad it was good for picking up different kinds of girls. He liked his sex life rough and being dominant. Some girls left immediately and others enjoyed it. He loved his little sister and took real good care of making sure she never found out about any of this secret sex life. She was usually a good girl, she had grown a lot since the last time he saw her. She was becoming a real woman right before his eyes.

It was a chilly day outside the weather was cloudy and drizzling. This was one of the few things he missed about his hometown. He sat on the couch with a cup of coffee and turned on the tv to the sports channel. His sister was in the other room doing who knows what, probably some typical girl stuff. It was getting late though and he hadn't eaten yet "Hey Jemma I'm hungry want to order some food?" he yelled. He wasn't a good cook and he had never had any of Jemma's food but he didn't want to risk food poisoning. He chuckled at that thought.

Jemma still had a hard time dealing with the loss of there parents, but she kept a lot to herself, like how she figured her brother should hate her considering the fact that he had to place his entire life on hold for the likes of her, not that she didn't help out by keeping up with the housework and maintaining a part time job while in classes as well.

She was in the kitchen reading some lame magazine trying to get her thoughts of her brother, her parents, and what a mess she was and he wasn't even aware of it.

She took a deep breath and walked to her room down the hall, she always loved being on the first floor close to the living room, she had a hard time staying in her old room upstairs next to her parents old room, her brother was still up there, and at least at night when she cried herself to sleep he never heard her.

Coming out of her bedroom hearing her brothers voice. ''Can we do pizza'' She asked with the sweetest voice.

Richard spent almost no time with his sister these days. Although he loved her very much he was always either at work, a girls house or glued to the television. Sometimes he wished they had other close relatives that could take care of her instead. Other times he just couldn't imagine life without her and didn't wan to lose her. He told himself everyday he would do whatever it took to get closer to her. The closest they ever got was while they ate. "Alright, pizza it is then. Pepperoni right?" He grabbed his phone and quickly found the number on his contacts list. He'd called there so often it had become to much of a hassle to look it up every time he wanted pizza.

This time he would try harder then anytime before. He ordered the pizza with a side of buffalo wings and cinnamon bread for dessert. "Alright sis it'll be here in about half an hour or so." he got off the couch and walked to the kitchen table and cleared some of the mess off. He saw the magazine his sister was reading earlier. It didn't seem like the type of magazine she would be reading. He would definitely try his hardest to get closer to her now. He setup the table and walked back to the living room with the magazine in hand and skimmed through it.

Jemma missed the closeness her and her brother had shared since there parents passed away, but it was hard being close to someone, whom life you had ruined just by being you. She thought about so many time just dropping out, finding a simple job and moving into a small one room apartment so her brother could get back to the life he deserved.

She smiled when he said pepperoni right and then watched as he cleared off the table, wondering so much about him, she knew he must hate her, and she didn't once blame him.

''Thanks'' She said as she went to the kitchen to get him a beer and her a soda. ''Here you go.'' She said softly as she handed it to him and then sat on the chair opposite of the couch.

He saw her smile for the first time since he came back after their parents death "You must really like the sausage" he said smiling "that's not the kind of thing little girls like you should be interested in." he said jokingly. He missed her smile and seeing it that time brought a small smile to his face. He regretted saying that almost immediately though, now she's going to think he's a pervert or something.

He returned his attention to the television, the game was almost over and he was sure he knew who was going to win. The silence in the room was uncomfortable or at least that was how he felt. "here catch!" he tossed the remote at her "games over, tv is all yours" he turned his vision back to the magazine in his hand and flipped through the pages pretending to read an article every now and then.

He opened his beer and took a long drink then looked at the clock on his phone. He wondered how much longer it would be until the pizza got here. He threw the magazine on the coffee table "So umm how's school going?" of all the subjects he could talk about with her he chose school. He took another drink and looked up from the table to his little sister.

She giggled slightly at his comment not thinking anything of it, she missed when they used to joke quite often, now they barely spoke and who could really blame them. She shook her head still thought of her like a little girl, probably always would however, she could understand that, he did after all have to raise her. She looked at the t.v. she actually liked sports, she wondered if he remembered all the games dad, her and him would watch together, a sad smile came to her face at the memory, they never spoke of the death, it must have been to hard for the both of them.

She caught the remote and smiled, she flipped mindlessly thorough the channels there wasn't really anything interesting on, or nothing that she had noticed. She took a deep breath and bit her lip as she watched him flip through the magazine, both unsure of what to say.. a lot needed to be said yet neither one ever did.

''School is going really good honestly, I have a lot of new friends, and the works not all that hard, or maybe I'm just to smart.'' She said with a laugh making a light joke. ''What about you, hows work?'' She knew he didn't like his job, he gave away his life for her, and she wondered if he could see the sadness in her eyes as she regretted asking him that question.

"That's good" he said smiling. His sister was always book smart. He didn't want to admit it but she was probably smarter then him or had the potential to be at least. And he was glad she already had friends, he was scared she would have a hard time being at a new school especially after everything else "I'm glad, I'm really glad" he smiled again and took a drink.

"Work?" he took a second to think of the right way to answer the question. He didn't want her to know the truth about how he felt about it but he didn't want to overdo it either. He looked down at his phone and pretended to answer a text "Umm well it's work you know..." that was weak "I get to look around the stores, meet a lot of people." he said half heartedly he stood up and walked to the window behind the couch looking out at the rain "I get to meet a lot of girls" he smiled "that's always good." he wondered if she knew anything or even thought about his sex life. He looked at her in the reflection of the window from head to toe. He bit his lip, she's starting to look more and more like a full grown woman. He shook his head and looked back outside 'she's your LITTLE sister' he thought to himself.

She looked at him slightly confused for a moment, why couldn't things be just like they were before she wondered... but she knew why. She often thought of telling him that she blamed herself for her parents after all they were going to one of her stupid dances, she had always loved dancing, and it was her recital but now she never danced she hadn't danced again since that night, she knew he blamed her or so she thought he did... she always blamed herself.

She watched him as he stood up, as she took a swig of her soda, wondering what he was thinking god she was crazy to ask him about work. All she wanted was to be like they were before close and nothing in between them, he used to be her best friend.. now they were more like strangers.

''So I was wondering a few of the girls want to go see a movie tomorrow... is that.. I mean would that be okay with you?'' She asked softly.

He played a game of tic-tac-toe against himself with the mist on the window. He thought back of all the times they all went to the movies together as a family. He remembered the last time they went was right before he left for college. He played a couple more games all ending in ties. He took in a deep breathe, this was his first big decision as her guardian. He took a drink and turned to look at her. "Mmm yeah that's ok with me." he sat on the arm of the couch "As long as you promise you'll be home before midnight and you keep your phone on the whole time so I can call to make sure you're ok." he said trying to sound authoritative.

The door rang just as he finished the last of his beer. "ah pizzas here." he walked to the door with his mouth watering. "it'll be $23.57" the delivery guy said passing James the pizza. He pulled out the $25 out of his back pocket and handed it to the man "keep the change." James said smiling. He closed the door and walked to the kitchen. "don't forget to wash your hands before coming to eat Jemma." he yelled into the other room them grabbed a slice and another beer then sat down to eat.

She was studying him as she watched him playing in the window, god she wondered what he was thinking about.. but she didn't know how to approach anything at all. She took a long deep breath and slightly bit her lip, as she stood to sit on the arm of the couch. She waited for him to answer her, she felt the need to ask she had a lot of respect for him. ''Thank-you, and I will be home on time.'' She said her whole face lighting up, she wondered if he could see how happy his decision made her. Something in his tone sent shivers up and down her body, but she shrugged them off.

''Good I'm hungry.'' She said smiling as she stayed where she was, watching as he paid. ''I can give you half.'' She said after he paid and brought the pizza into the house. ''Okay'' She yelled back as she began washing her hands, before grabbing a glass of water and heading back to the living room with her brother, she was becoming tired, but wasn't ready to leave him yet.

(OOC: sorry didn't post sooner labor day weekend kept me busy with umm other family duties lol.)

He sat next to her close enough to be able to have a deep meaningful conversation with her but enough space so that she wouldn't feel uncomfortable. He quietly ate his pizza watching tv thinking of good conversation topics. "So what movie are you guys gonna watch..." thinking about what he said he tried to reword it "girls, what are you girls gonna watch?" she was his little sister and he wasn't ready to give her up to some guy yet. "Are you going with any guys?" He took a bite of his pizza and washed it down with a drink as she answered. Then again she was a beautiful young woman it wouldn't be strange for boys to be hanging around her he thought. It might be good to have a boyfriend to help ease her mind and heart a little. He listened to her answer but didn't know how to react. Is this good? Is it bad? He tried getting into his fathers mindset what would he say.

He finished his last slice and turned to look at Jemma then turned away before she could catch him looking at her. "That was good. Maybe I was just starving but that was the best pizza I've ever had." he smiled and looked at her again. He grabbed the box with the last slice still inside "I'll put this away in the fridge in case you get hungry later or tomorrow." he walked past her and walked to kitchen. He put away the pizza slice and grabbed a water bottle from the refrigerator. He opened it took a long drink and took in a deep breathe 'just say it, just say it, just say it' he said to himself over and over. He walked up behind her seat and put his hand on her head "I know I haven't been the best of brothers lately since..." he gulped and cleared his throat "well since this happened but I want you to know that I love you and I'll always be there for you." he gently rubbed her head and let her go then turned to walk to his room. "I'm tired, I think I'll hit the hay now. Don't stay up late ok." he slowly walked back to his room.

(That is quite alright:))

She was glad they were having this time together, she wasn't sure if he knew how much she really needed it. She wondered why it was so hard for them to have a real normal conversation, they were close before why did that have to change. She smiled as he asked her what they were going to see.. ''Were going to see the Possessed I heard it was kinda lame but I want to see it anyway.'' She said taking a drink of her soda.

''No guys, just about five girls all together, you know I would have told you if there was going to be any guys.'' She said a little disappointed but she hid it really well also. She sighed to herself, he wasn't her dad but he was her guardian and he was her big brother and she respected him more than she thought he even understood and she loved him more than he would ever truly know.

She was deep in thought for a long moment before she was even aware that he had said something. She smiled at his comment and nodded her head in agreement. He remembered that she loved left over pizza and that made her smile even wider. She smiled back at him when he walked back in and put his hand gently on her head, as a means of affection it was the closest she had felt to him in a long time. She turned and looked at him as he spoke, shocking her as he said what he had to say... she looked a little taken aback he still couldn't say since mom and dads death.

''Thank-you James, that means more to me than you know... and I love you too.'' She had to fight back the tears that she was holding back.

''I am going to bed too.'' She said and turned the t.v off. He went upstairs and she went to her room and found her tears coming on.

He had no idea just how much that would mean to her. He smiled hearing that and even more hearing her tell him she loved him. "Sweet dreams sis." he yelled down already at the top of the staircase. He took off his shirt and threw it into pile of dirty clothes growing more and more everyday. He sighed and layed down with the lights still on. He stared blankly at the ceiling playing the memory of his sister smiling over and over in his mind.

He tossed and turned on his bed, being as tired as he was sleep just wasn't his friend right now. He sat at his desk and opened his laptop and decided to surf the Internet until he could fall asleep. He looked back over his shoulder to make sure the door was closed and typed in his favorite adult site. He watched a few videos and tried to ease some stress of but that proved to be impossible as well. He shut his laptop extremely frustrated.

He walked back downstairs to the kitchen for a cup of water. He passed his sisters room on the way. He tiptoed across her door making sure not to make any noise that might wake her up. He passed so quietly he thought he heard what sounded like crying. He stopped and thought about going in to see what was wrong. He thought about it for a second but decided to just play it off as just his imagination. He kept moving towards the kitchen and grabbed another water then quietly walked back to his room. He told himself it was just his imagination but he knew the real reason for not walking in was because he wouldn't know what to say. And he was not the kind to openly show his emotions.

She wanted her brother the way he was before tragedy struck there lives. She loved him more than he would possibly know or ever understand. She smiled as he walked up the stairs, ''You too'' She yelled back up to him. She walked into her room and shut her door leaning against it for support. Damn it the last thing she really wanted to do was cry, but she just couldn't help herself. She finally moved from the door and got into her bed.

She got up and pulled on a tank-top and a bar of booty shorts and then crawled back into bed, she wasn't tired but she knew she needed to at least try and sleep. She tried not to think of the past, but that was a very hard thing for her to do, especially when she felt like the past was always going to be her fault. She didn't sleep often most nights she was afraid of the nightmares that would follow.

She tossed and turned throwing the blankets off of her as the tears started to come... she wished she could talk to her brother but that was impossible. She took a deep breath and sniffled in between, trying hard to get read of her tears. She was glad she had shut her door, her brother didn't need to see her this way, didn't even need to know that she was feeling this way.

She didn't know her brother was near, and she figured even if he was he would never be able to hear her sniffling cries through her closed door. She was close to crying herself to sleep finally. She did not want to have anymore nightmares she had had enough, she was tired of waking in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. Finally she just gave up and closed her eyes.

He layed in bed for hours thinking about what he thought he heard. Was she really crying? Was she just putting up a strong façade? Why didn't she think of coming to him for support or something. He rolled around in bed for another hour thinking of scenarios he could use to get it out of her. Finally almost 4 hours later he drifted off to sleep. He had to wake up early, he had to talk to her about this hopefully she didn't leave before he could wake up.

It was one in the afternoon the next day. He'd overslept she was probably already gone. "Dammit." he beat himself up and got up to make himself se breakfast.

She finally fell asleep and for once, and finally realized she had not had one nightmare, maybe the time with her brother actually helped but she wasn't sure. She woke early the next morning, not really having that much sleep, she decided she was going to hit the gym early, work out some of the kinks that were going through her body, from the night of tossing and turning. She changed into her gym gear and carried cloths in her duffel bag to shower and change there, then get ready to spend the day with her girls just what she needed.

She got to the gym for once driving, she just hadn't been in the mood to walk, besides she had to meet her girls after wards any way, she parked grabbed her bag and headed into the gym, scanning her tag through, she headed back to the woman's locker room and placed her things in her locker and headed out to the treadmills just what she needed was a good run.

She placed her headphones on and then ran like there was no tomorrow, forgetting the past and just being. She felt amazing after her run, did a few arm and ab workouts, and then hit the shower and changed into what she would wear, her and the girls were going to go get manicures and pedicures and then they were going to go to dinner and then head to the movies, she hadn't been this excited in a very long time.

She finished up and headed to the salon to meet the girls, so she could get the evening started, she had left a note for her brother, telling him to call if he needed her for anything.

She was surprised at to how fast the evening was going, before it was time for the movie to begin, she didn't know the movie was a late one, and had no idea she was going to go over her curfew at all.

She had her phone off because of the movie and then realized that she had only silenced it and now the damn battery was done... oh damn she thought, oh well more and likely he would be sleeping when she got home.

He woke up groggy from his late night of over thinking things and making promises be would never keep. He checked the time on his phone hoping he was on time only to find out it was past 12. "Dammit" he brought his hands up to his face and wiped the sleep out of his eyes. He put on a shirt and called out into the rest of the house "Jemma?" if she was still here she might still be sleeping he thought. He walked out yawning and rubbing one of his eyes "Jemma" He knocked on her door and pressed his ear against the door then opened the door and peeked in. Just as he thought, she was gone who knows how long by now.

His stomach grumbled complaining at the time it's gone without food in it. He walked to the kitchen for some breakfast and saw a note on the table from his sister. He was so preoccupied with other things he'd completely forgotten she was going out with her friends tonight. "I guess that talk is going to have to wait." he opened the fridge and pulled out his breakfast.

After a late breakfast he went out for a quick run around the block. On the last stretch back to the house he found someone waiting at the door. As he got closer the face became familiar. He walked up to the door and hugged and kissed the girl "Hey you, what are you doing here?" he smiled and opened the door. They both walked in and she told him of the hard day she's had. He gave her a beer and consoled her and offered to help her forget about her day.

He took her upstairs and had his way with her. Her moans could be heard through out the house. They were both covered from head to toe in sweat, bite marks, and red swelling areas all over their bodies. He untied her and walked her to the door then kissed her goodbye. He ran up to his room and stopped the hidden camera. He smiled watching a preview.

After all that work out he took a shower then walked downstairs to relax in front of the tv. He'd called in sick earlier that day and didn't have to worry about be late to work or anything else. He turned on an action movie but fell asleep halfway through it. The screams from the movie on tv woke him up, his heart beating out of his chest. He turned off the tv and threw the remote annoyed at bein woken up like that. He checked the time on his phone and saw it was past 12. Jemma should have been home by now. "Jemma!" he walked to her room. The door was still open from checking earlier this morning. "Jemma" there were no signs of her being here all day. He called her phone over and over for an hour and left several messages. "Dammit Jemma where the hell are you?" he growled. He sat on the couch in the darkness waiting for her furious at her disobedience. She was his sister and he loved her but she wasn't going to get off easy.

Jemma had been having a blast with her friends, but she was worried her brother might be trying to get a hold of her, but she figured it wasn't as if she was a child so she figured well he would probably just forget about it in the long run anyway, he seemed to forget everything else, more and likely he wouldn't even notice that she was gone in the first place.

She left him a note it wasn't as if he didn't know she was out and who she was with after all and it wasn't like she was out with a man or a boy anyway. She realized she was stressing over this more and more, but she decided not to worry about it any longer and just enjoy her time with her friends.

She looked at her friends, who were checking out hot guys in the lobby, but her mind seemed preoccupied at the moment, and she wasn't even sure why she was feeling guilt in the first place, it wasn't as if he would be worried about her anyway, and why should he be after what she had done to there parents in the first place.

The movie had ended after not to long, and her friends decided to stop for some fast food at a drive through, she looked at them and smiled as they pulled over, and then she stopped to get her car from one of the girls houses and headed home. She checked her phone completely dead, great just great she thought to herself.

She took a deep breath and bit her lip and took a long deep breath. She finally got home and noticed the lights were off, that was a good sign she thought it was after one in the morning she was nearly a hour over curfew, fuck me she thought to herself as she quietly opened the door, and tiptoed into the house.

He checked his phone every five minutes making sure it was on and the volume was up. He called the house phone to make sure it was still working. Then he began thinking, what if something bad happened to her. He paced the room running the worst scenarios in his mind. What it she was kidnapped or run over or what if she crashed her car. No, no, no he hit himself for even thinking that, she's just a disobedient teenage girl like all other teenage girls.

He heard a car pull up into the driveway. He walked toward the door and stood, hiding in the shadows, by the door hoping the shadows kept him hidden. He heard her footsteps coming up to the door. She opened the door and walked in tiptoeing into the house. He smiled as she closed the door still noticing him standing in front of her. As soon as he heard the last lock on the door click he flipped the light switch on. "Where the hell were you!?" he said almost screaming at her "I told you to be back before your curfew." he grabbed her by the shoulder and sat her on the couch "And why wasn't your phone on? I told you to keep it on all night?" He stood over her glaring at her "Do you know how worried I was" as he scolded her he wished he could turn back time and keep himself from giving her permission to go. It was to late for that now though and as her guardian he had to think of a punishment for her. He was used to being her older brother, loving and caring, now he had to think of a punishment for her right then and there.

(Sorry for the delay work has been completely insane as of late.)

She walked into the house, never knowing her brother would be waiting in the wings, or that he had been worried about her, or that he was madder than hell, she had playede out so many scenerios in her head and she at last told herself he was more and likely just sleeping anyway no worries, and what could possibly go wrong he was her brother not her dad... no she had killed her dad or felt like she had anyway.

She jumped when the light turned on and her brother was standing in front of her, her face red and her eyes shocked as she looked at him. ''Im... I'm sorry my phone died... the movie ran late, and the girls stopped for something to eat after, please don'e be mad.'' She said in a lengthy long breath... but she could tell he was angry, and it wasn't as if she couldn't use a friends phone to call home after all.

He was furious and she didn't know what else she could possibly say to him.

(It's ok schools been the same for me sorry for taking longer.)

He heard her ask him not to get mad but it was to late for that. He was furious and nothing would be able to change that. "Don't be mad?" He said trying to sound as calm as possible "Don't be mad?!" He said again raising his voice a little at the end "Are you freaking serious Jemma? I give you only two conditions to go out and you can't even keep them."

He grunted and turned away from her and walked towards the tv. He rubbed his temples trying to calm himself down and think of what else to say to her "Ok phones die I understand that but you could have used one of your friends phones to call" he stood in front of the tv looking at her on the reflection watching her reactions to everything he said and how he acted.

He turned back towards and walked back towards her "At least to tell me you're ok and I could stop worrying about you." grabbed her by the arms, slightly digging his fingers into her skin and picked her up "I already lost mom and dad." He paused holding back any feelings "Did you ever stop to think how I would feel if I lost you too?" He threw her back on the couch and sat I front of her on the coffee table with his head bent down and his hands on the back of his head and neck.

He was exhausted and he was getting a headache, this was the first time he'd ever gotten this mad with anyone. He just wanted to go to bed but he wasn't done with her yet.

The look in his eyes, shocked her more than anything she was used to, she had seen him angry before, so this wasn't new to her, but she was sure he had never been angry with her before most of the time, it was with a ex or because of work. She took a deep breath unsure of what else to say to her brother. ''It's not as if I stayed out late on purpose or to defy you or anything... I honestly didn't think it mattered.'' She said confused by his sudden anger towards her... it wasn't as if she had committed murder or robbed a bank or something.

She just stood there watching him as he walked towards there t.v wondering what was going on in his mind. He was right on that one she thought to herself, rubbing her arms, feeling bad and stupid all at the same time. ''All I can say is I am sorry and it won't happen again.''

She took a deep breath as he walked back towards her and she stared at him, momentarily forgetting how angry her big brother actually was. She gasped as he grabbed her by her small arms and all but practically shook her, his hands digging into her arms she yelped slightly and then he slightly lifting her, the pain in her arms a little stronger. As he threw her on the couch, she looked up and him stunned and all but bewildered, he had never been this angry with her, and part of her wanted to cry and part of her wanted to scream another part of her was downright scared.

She was not sure what to do, if she should get up and go to her room, try apologizing again.. or just sit there and shut the hell up before she only made matters worse.

She was rubbing the place where his fingers had dug into her arms, they were red and now showed his hand prints.

He was exhausted and he was in pain and all he wanted was just to go to his room and to his bed. He looked at her scared face and he thought that maybe shed had enough for today. He couldn't think of anything else to say to her and he began thinking he'd already gone to far. "I'm tired and my head hurts and I just want to go to bed." He looked away from her out of fear of seeing her face and taking back everything he had just said. And he wanted to end this before he did something he would regret later.

He grabbed her by the arm and pulled her, practically dragging her to her room. He pushed the door open, turned on the lights and threw her on her bed. "You're not allowed to leave this room unless I say so from now on." He grabbed her bag and looked through it "and this" he said grabbing her car keys "this isn't your car anymore." He put the keys in his pocket and turned back to her bag until he found what he was looking for. He took her phone and through her bag on the floor "as for this." He rolled the phone around on the palm of his hand "you're not allowed to call anyone else but me from now on." He pressed the power button to make sure it really had died "I'll check often to make sure you haven't been calling anyone you shouldn't be." He threw it at her lap "Don't call or text anyone you shouldn't be please. And keep it charged from now on." He turned away and walked towards the door. He turned his head slightly and looked at her from the corner of his eye. "I'll be dropping you off and picking you up from school from now on and work as well." He slammed her door shut and leaned against it "please don't leave this room without asking for permission." He began to walk to his room "or else!" He shouted from his room.

He slammed his door shut and sighed relieved it was finally over. He took his shirt off and threw it into the pile of clothes he still hasn't washed. Finally he turned off the lights and fell like a rock to his bed. He laid in bed rubbing his aching head wishing he had taken some pills before laying in bed. It was another sleepless night as his conscience argued in his mind worsening his headache. 'He did what he needed to do, if he didn't she'd do it again.' 'He went to far he needs to apologize.' 'She's a good girl she knows better.' 'She has to learn a lesson somehow.' He tossed and turned in bed again thinking all night. He loved his sister and he hated how he acted with her tonight. But the thought of loosing her and her acting like it was nothing was to much for him. It was to late to take it all back now though.

She looked at him rather stunned, not sure what to do, she was sure not to do anything so she just kind of stood and stared at him. She had never once been afraid of her older brother, and now she was more scared of him, than she had ever been in her life before. She watched as he slightly paced back and forth... and she wondered what he was going to do next. Her face had paled she felt bad for being late, but she thought he was over reacting just a little bit. She bit her lip, but didn't say anything once more. She sighed to herself as she hugged herself suddenly feeling more than cold.

She jumped when he grabbed her by her arm and headed toward her bedroom, she wasn't sure just how to react. She rolled back towards the back of the bed after he threw her on it, surely he had lost his mind. She looked at him stunned okay yes he was her guardian he wasn't her damn boss, she was almost 18 after all. She watched in stunned silence as he went through her purse. She took a deep breath, it wasn't as if she drove her car that often any way, but if he thought he was going to make her a prisoner he was clearly mistaken. Now not only was she scared but he was really starting to make her angry, he had no right to tell her whom she could and couldn't talk to, she was sure she was more hurt now than angry, as she looked up at him as she now leaned against her bed frame, she was fighting back her tears, she refused to let him see how much he was getting to her. She only could stare in silence as he walked towards her open door. She shook her head when he said he would be taking her to and from work and from school...really this was her only time ever being late even when there parents were alive. She didn't have the energy tonight to argue with him. ''Or else what?'' She asked regretting that she said that, but he was walking out the door, so she was sure he hadn't heard her.

She gasped and jumped when he slammed the door, throwing a pillow at it in haste. She got up out of bed and changed quickly into her night cloths, wanting to forget this damn night ever happened. http://i1094.photobucket.com/albums/i460/doctorpumpit/The%20GOLDMINE/JessicaAlbaHavingFunBoys.jpg She pulled on a tank-top and panties and crawled back into bed, damn him she knew damn well now that she would not be able to sleep.
