"Free speech" is what some governments allow their citizens and it means that the government cannot encroach upon your right to free speech.

Websites, businesses, etc. can set whatever fucking rules they like; they are not the government. They can ban you for having a B in your username, for not logging in on Tuesdays, for not being able to spell "you" properly.
