FYI, no, your people weren't in the chopper.
The Helo was carrying a pilot, and 5 people (4 men, 1 small woman) crammed in like sardines and armed to the fucking hilt with H&K G3 Rifles, Level IIIA body armor, breaching charges to blow doors off the hinges, and enough Ribbon charge to cut through walls and make a dynamic entry if necessary, and everything else they would need to cut through almost anything short of a tank, and they aren't likely to meet a tank in a hotel hallway.
If shit happened, as it did in the story, they were going to land or fast rope onto the hotel roof and kill their way down to the conference room, get me out and back to the helo to ride out on the skids.
It was my "OH SHIT, NOW WE ARE FUCKED!!!" escape plan, not a tour service.
If you want a helo ride, get your own
