Looking for a lost LW/Romance story

Looking for a story I should have bookmarked, it's either in LW or Romance, although more romance, about an English girl name of Tracy, from a sink estate who gets mickeyed and raped, she gets away and finds a job on the South coast working as a carer where she meets an old lady who was a WAAF during WW2, and they become friends. The old lady, Mrs Dixon, takes her in hand, builds up her confidence, Tracy decides she wants to go further, and studies nursing. Because the old lady was a WAAF, Tracy decides to join the RAF as a Nursing Officer when she graduates, and she does. The old lady had taken her all around Europe, to the places she'd been and lived with her husband, and she slowly refines Tracy, getting rid of her harsh London accent and making her easier to understand. When the old lady dies, Tracy attends her funeral in uniform, where she meets the old lady's great-grandson, they fall in love. It was a lovely story, I really liked it a lot, and now I can't find it. It was something like 'Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother' but it's not showing up, can someon help me, please?
