Looking for a story i can't find

I read a story that i really liked this year and i thought i had it in my fav's but i have been searching for it for months now and i can't find it. Its a bout a couple where the wife has a slip and then runs a way to las vegas for a while. when she finally reaches out to her sister, she finds that her husband want her back and she flies back to their home. I ve racked my memory, i think it may be a "honey we need to talk" entry, but not sure. Pretty sure its by a popular author. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TY
