It’s about a guy who was in a coma and I think he wakes up to a nurse giving him a blowjob, all the nurses are like fucking him, there’s multi chapter and I think in one of them he fucks his mom.

Is it one of these?

https://www.literotica.com/s/coma-1
https://www.literotica.com/s/dahlia-and-darren
https://www.literotica.com/s/a-new-life-for-dr-mitchel (this one is gone from Literotica... IIRC, it started with him traveling cross-country? So, not a coma, not a blowjob)

If not, was it a Taboo/Incest story (the part with the mom would have have to be in T/I, and I searched there). If it may have started elsewhere, do you have a guess which category? You mentioned multiple chapters, but were they all in one post? Or in multiple posts? Was it like 3 chapters? Or 30? When did you read it? Why did the nurses blow him? Is he gorgeous? Did he have a huge cock? Did they notice an erection? Was the blowjob in the beginning.

There's also 'spinal meningitis is no joke', a 10 part series that begins in 'Erotic Couplings' but eventually dovetails into 'Taboo/Incest'
