Believe the twins are in college and share an apartment or possibly dorm. They develop feelings for each other, don’t act on it, and like maybe midway through the story they’re either in a plane or boat crash and stranded on an island together. They eventually sleep together and confess. The story ends with their rich dad buying the island and I think the twins move and live there once buildings have been built.
