FYI for all current writers. SweetAsSuga and I are writing a sort of "post dated" thread. It occurs a few days or weeks -- we haven't set a date -- after the beginning of our main Role Play, so we are writing it as a separate thread.
The thread occurs between a Futurist and a TwentyFirst, both involved in conservation issues. It should be interesting to write and read both.
You all could wait until it's finished and read it as a finished product when we post it to the main thread, but there might be things said in it -- particularly about the environmental devastation in the 23rd century that will be of interest to all writers.
There is also a conversation about the "genetic enhancement" that some Futurists have ... which my character, Will -- called a Natural -- does not. By the way, Natural isn't always taken as a compliment; it depends upon the context and tone of the speaker.
