loser gains ability to control women using a card system

there's this story about some loser who somehow gains access to a magical card system that allows him to change women how he wants.

• he eventually controlled his half? asian sister using the cards ,im pretty sure she was on the tennis team or something
• he keeps turning the girls into asian/hentai doll versions of themselves.
• later on in the story im pretty sure there's a succubuss business (virgin?) lady who helps him with the cards
• another lady is his ex/redhead? who gets turned as well
• the cards get upgraded as he goes through the women
• heavy weeb vibes, and possible lactation fetish
