This is probably the only place I feel okay at asking this question without getting flamed at, but I wanna try to reduce/lose the "love handle" and "mini-beer belly" I have slowly growing. My gf said that below the mini-beer belly (she calls it a bread loaf cause it goes up and down like the top part of a bread) is some 4-pack muscle, but because of the fat, it doesn't show. I started reducing the amount of food I eat, but besides that, I don't really know how to start. Any suggestions like exercise things I can do, food or habits I can do (besides drinking more water), etc. ?
