Thank You for reading the thread..there are many good if not great writers that have spent their time here..I see it as Them as I helping other to get the bug to write the words they feel deep inside them. Me, I just a romantic at heart and my heart is still looking for it's home.

The Wish

When I leave you each night and go to bed.
I know you are still there. When I look out
the window before bed I see the stars and they
remind me of the sparkle in your eyes. When
I put the final log on the fire an its warmth
surrounds me, I can feel the warmth of your arms
around me. When I reach across the bed and
pull the silken covered pillow to me, I feel the
softness like your skin and I kiss it as if it were
your tender lips, but when I reach out and feel
the empty space beside me, God! , how I wish
you were there.

How Could You?

How could you look at me that way?
How could you deceive me like that?
I know I wasn’t blind
I was loved and I loved you just as much
What happened in those 3 days?
To make you choose
The path of freedom
To be single

I remember that look in your eyes
No emotion
Dead to the world
And I was supposed to not be hurt
I wasn’t supposed to feel pain
I was supposed to be happy
I was played the fool

You said you were used
What did you give up?
Did you give up your job?
Did you give up your free time?
Were you at my beck and call?
You demanded in your own way
That I be here waiting

Then the pain of pains I suffered
You acted like you cared
But I think that’s all it was an act
My love for you died that dreaded day
A day that I will live with all my life
A memory that I can’t forget
A loss of unmeasurable hurt

So here I sit
Wondering what step I take next
I know I was not the one at fault
I tried my hardest to be all that you wanted
You are just filled with too much wanderlust


Good bye to what was my best friend
Good bye to what was my heart
I look to the future with a glimmer of hope
That I will find what I long for
That I will find the love I need

without your kiss,
as we would entangle ourselves,

My sweet and lovely SexSweetheart...no woman on Lit has claim to me...I do have close friends here but as of yet ...no lady has walked up to me and said the magic words " I Love you" in a Lit thread...there were in the past lady I have fell for and some I really loved..two I rember very fondly, but still I am free man still looking for that one lady, that special lady who I could enjoy and she could enjoy me for the rest of our lives....so with that said ...what did you mean by misechange of words, sweet one?
