This was a grim prognostication, but the timing was unclear. No doubt there would be a day of reckoning. Perhaps ultimately that would be what was required to make mutants and humans to come to together in partnership, to hopefully defeat a horrific common enemy.

Erik hoped that date was far away. He knew Hope was tired he was as well. Charles can you have someone take us to a bedroom we can use. We can talk more in the morning...we have much to discuss.

She forced a smile though she was scared of the fight to come. She had no idea how much help she will be. But would not worry about it now. Hope laid down on the bed sighing softly. It was kind of tiring to hear confusing things. Hope had no idea what was going to happen. She looked up at Eric and could not help but smile.
