I see you're as unserious as everyone else here. Won't be engaging with you after this.
you disprove your own claim.
Oh just grow the fuck up and stop with the crap. If you throw out bullshit you should expect to be called on it. Crying about it just makes you look and sound stupid.
The point is the IRS doesn't have the resources to send that letter, much less follow up on it. The fraud isn't detected until whomever goes to file their tax return. At that point, the burden falls on them, not the illegal, not the employer that hired him, and not the IRS.
The IRS sends those letters routinely. There's an entire specialized legal industry which revolves around telling employers what they can and can't do. So believe me, you're under informed as to what really goes on in this regard.
There's no law that prevents an employer from verifying someone's identity, but I wager you know that, you just wanna pin all the blame on the political party you hate, lol.
Lol.
The EEOC says otherwise
I wager you also know that a lot of employers deliberately turn a blind eye to obvious fraud because they like cheap labor.
Yes, I know this. However, YOU posted that we should hold those employers to task for it while I pointed out that the law prohibits employers from doing anything about it.
Your political party benefits from this broken system just as much as woke Democrats. Who do you think broke the back of organized labor?
I already acknowledge this. Can't you read?
Do you think natural born citizens are lining up to work in meat packing plants for minimum wage with no health benefits?
lol.

MAHA, Neb. — Every seat in the waiting area of Glenn Valley Foods was occupied with people filling out job applications early Thursday afternoon, two days after the meatpacking plant became the center of the largest worksite immigration raid in the state of Nebraska so far this year.
Dozens of prospective employees, many of them Spanish speakers, had been coming in and out of the plant all day. Some were hoping to land a new job; others were coming in for training.
Those jobs used to be held by African-Americans. They got pushed out in favor of illegals when they had the chutzpah to demand better working conditions.
And? What has this got to do with the topic under discussion?
Truly fixing this system will require doing things that will piss partisans on both sides off. You'd know that if you were a serious person.![]()
Fixing the problem is impossible because of those very partisans you dismiss. You're NEVER going to solve a problem as long as those in power depend on illegal workers and the process to change that involves voluntary compliance.
Which is something every serious person understands.
