The one I like is my wifes' G-spotter. It has a small egg shaped knob set at an angle on the end. Since the male prostate is positioned approximately the same as the G-spot it works wonders.

The vibrating motor is in the egg end and variable vibration level.

Yeah... and they rock You won't find a better toy for the price on the market. I've got one of the original ones from years ago, and one of the new Wonder Wave ones.... pretty cool stuff.
