I enjoy watching videos that involve CD, Trans and Shemales. Earlier today I watched a video of a biological male that “appeared to be” transitioning to female. Let’s just say this individual seemed to be going well beyond just cross dressing but that’s an assumption on my part.
During the sexual encounter a male in the video grabbed her breasts, and squeezed her nipples and it appeared to produce milk.
This individual has an OnlyFans account under the name: cdwant2 and it appears that it might originate out of Japan based on some of the writings on the page and the subject appearing Asian.
I must plead total ignorance on this subject?
Can a biological male who is transitioning to female with whatever drugs or chemicals that might require produce milk from their breasts?
Is it somehow simpler than that? Could a Doctor prescribe a non transitioning biological male a drug which would induce lactation?

The answer is yes. I am not sure if a male could be induced to lactate, though teen boys sometimes will excrete liquid from their nipples during puberty. Transgender women can be induced to lactate, but it takes a number of drugs to do it (I mean to where they are producing milk, not just fluiod). Quite honestly I would be worried to hell to do that, I worry what the milk being given has in it, is it just pure milk?

Breast milk from a cis woman is not just "pure" milk. It contains hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, oxytocin, ghrelin and leptin. These are some of the same hormones given to a trans woman to induce lactation.

I know there have been trans women who did just this, but never heard of anyone analyzed it. I just can't help but think it would be different bc of the drugs used, but again I don't have specific info.
