Manager at a fully automated factory gets bored

MC got what they thought was their dream job: overseas in a country with great beaches, overseeing a factory that is fully automated.

Only thing is: the factory is hours away from the beaches or even a town, they live on site and they are the only human operator there. So they get bored…

What do they do to pass the time or…what do they get caught doing when a surprise inspection comes?

He meets a local woman not far from the facility. She has a small plantion that she runs to feed herself and her two adult daughters. Our young man is very handsome and she's attracted to him herself, but if he falls for one of her daughters, she can get a visa to the US and life will get easier for here. Maybe even get to the US herself. Over the course of a couple of month our young has them all.

This set-up is reminding me of Passengers, the 2016 movie with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt. They are asleep with dozens (hundreds?) of other terra formers on a deep space ship traveling to a distant world. He wakes up (technical glitch) and is all alone, it will be years/decades before they arrive and wake up, so he's alone and getting lonelier. In the movie, Chris wakes Jennifer up for some company. They have sex, yada yada yada, she discovers that he woke her up intentionally and she's pissed, feels used. The movie goes on and is unneccesary for the plot at hand.

So with all that in mind, the facility manager is alone and getting lonelier. He manages to craft one of the machines into being sort of a simple cock sleeve for him. It works! So he begins work on a more complicated one and so on and so on until he finally creates a fully functioning sex bot. Just how life like can he make it?

The factory is fully automated. Meaning it is controlled by an AI.

The AI falls in love with the person who takes care of it: the main character. It starts to assemble his perfect partner, so they can be together forever after it gets transferred into the empty robot's "brain".

It doesn't go perfectly. Now the AI mind is in the factory and the sexbot. They fight over the hapless, helpless factory overseer. They can't use violence (First Law of Robotics) so they fight to give him the most pleasure, to the point where he's pleading for mercy.
