I am sorry em it really hurts when you lose a pet you love I have lost one I had sense I was a child then the one I bought to be my friend after him both live long lives and were my best and some times only friends at times so I do greeve for you lost and my copeing mechnism for when things get to serious or real is to try and lighten the mood or change the subject so I am sorry for that as well

I'd tend to disagree with ya on that one...even though I am not exactly a babe magnet myself, I'm somewhat selective, even after a few drinks. Always have been, even when I was single. No matter how drunk I've been, I can honestly say I've never just picked up some random "skank" at a bar just because she was available. I've always had to have an attraction, I guess, before I'd approach. (Unfortunately, I was shy, and a bit awkward, and got shot down most of the time.
)Course, being a married guy, and having a fairly attractive lady at home, I can afford to be even more choosy now. Guess single guys don't have the same option...if they go home alone, all they have is their right hand to console them for their choice of having standards.
