Marvel Superheroes

Spiderman didn't feel exactly comfortable having Storm face off anyone, much less a mob. He nodded, when everyone handed out advice, and quietly left, on his way to Storm. The tractor still worked, and he was there in much less than no time. He had to stop relatively for a corn dog, it had been forever since he had eaten, and he always got them for free.
Spiderman watched them from the top of the building. It looked like that one girl he had met earlier had found a friend. Storm seemed to be in trouble. Spiderman crawled down the building, getting a closer look.
The one man took out pistols, that was not fair at all. Quickly Spiderman sent out two webs, grabbing both guns, he hauled them up to his perch.
"At least play fair when your with a lady," he spoke down to the man, irritated. Spiderman threw the guns onto the roof and bounded down to the ground.
"We can make this a little more fair for the girl. Tell you what, I'll be on her side."
Spiderman nodded towards Elektra, although he didn't know her name. They had met before, and he knew she noticed him as well.

Bullseye:

"Fair? Fair would be if your kind didn't exist, Jesus, you can't even match colors! Red and blue... I mean come on! You look like some sort of freak! And those cob webs for armpits? That's gotta have some sort of symbolism there!" Bullseye shot back as he grabbed hold of Electra's old set of sai's. "You know one way to get a goodie two shoes hero out of your hair?!" Tilting his head to the side, one eye catching the movement of a young lad standing on the porch of his apartment building staring out at them with fright. "Send him fetching..." Bullseye hissed as he threw the two sai's with pin point accuracy toward the boy.

Rogue

Before Rogue could answer, she was pulled up short by a blast of fire that seared past her. FIRE? What the hell?

Looking up into the sky in the direction it had come from, she could see nothing at first due to the light from the sun blinding her. Then she saw it...pulling away from the greater light and headed straight for her and Bishop.

The sight made her mouth drop and she froze for just a second. That second was all it took for what appeared to be The Torch to unleash another bolt of flame towards her. Her hesitation made it impossible to avoid the bolt all together and she was barely able to move enough to only catch it on her shoulder.

The hit made her tremble and almost drop Bishop. The force of the hit was strong....feeling like it might disconnect her arm from it's socket. With a cry of pain, Rogue grasped Bishop even tighter with her good arm and threw/shoved him over to Joseph.

"Get him out of here," She yelled to Joseph,"there is no way he can fight from the air."

With her burden gone, she steadied herself and gave the figure above her a glare. She knew this wasnt the real Torch. He would never attack them. This was whatever had been sent to destroy them.

With a cry of rage, she headed into him recklessly...he bad arm aimed at his mid chest. She braced herself for the searing pain that she knew was going to come. Plowing into him, she jerked as she felt the heat sear through her...even her invincibility could not keep the pain from rocketing through her. She kept on though and managed to push him tumbling up into the sky...sailing away from all three of them.

Turning to check on the progress of her companions, she suddenly felt pain and pressure against her back, slamming her out of the sky, past Joseph and Bishop and towards the ground many stories below. She tried to pull up, heard the shouts from her companion but whatever had hit her was still pressed against her back, pushing her downward. By the feeling of the heat coming through her suit she had to assume it was another fireball.

It was the last coherent thought she would have for awhile as she plowed into the pavement and traveled across it to crash into the side of a building, causing it to crumble about her still form.

Storm. elektra.

Elektra.

I yanked on the whip and the woman came crashing down. Not without a stuggle.

She landed elegantly on her feet. Her blank eyes shone. It was making me extremely uncomfortable. I took out my sai and whipped it towards the white one they called Ororo.

The wind picked it up and instantly I was pelted with hail.

She set the man named Gambit down and he took to fighting with Bullesye. The man had cards! It was surreal.

With that, I flipped over towards the woman and kicked her straight in the chest.

This Spider thing was familiar, and was making the fight unfair. Ilicked my lips at him. "Back for more?" I asked.

With that, the storm woman pelted me with wind.

(I can't post as both at the same time...so uh, there is sort of both of their posts.)

Mystique/Torch

OOC: Okay, play along with me. Neal has a plan here so dont get angry about me conducting this J. You are about to be a part of the inner workings of this story. *weg*

IC: A booming laugh came from where 'Torch' looked upon the still form of Rogue. Looking down at Joseph and Bishop, his smile widened and it could have sent a chill through any man who saw it. It was pure evil and hatred rolled into one.

"Now that I have gotten rid of the lose end I get to claim my prize. And, look, here is a bonus prize. The man from the future. No more looking into the crystal ball for you. I dont need these sub beings knowing anything I dont want them to know."

Seeing Bishop getting ready to fire, Torch sent a blast of fire and hit the weapon from his hands, letting the two men watch as it plummeted to the street below. He saw Joseph getting ready to try a mental attack and quickly moved toward the man. Anyone who had seen the Torch would never had guessed he could attain the speed which he did now. He was almost a blur as he zoomed at the two men. Hitting them fast and hard, his hands changed from flame to two large blocks of orange rock which collided with the two figures, stunning them and causing them to tumble from the air out of control.

They almost hit the pavement when they were suddenly wrapped in what felt like elastic. The elastic wrapped around them again and again, pinning their arms against their sides and making them helpless. Looking back up they could see the figure had morphed somehow so that he had the body of The Torch and the arms of none other than Mr. Fantastic. Those arms were the elastic that was holding them tight.

In an eerie display, the fingers now streatched out to fiddle with a ring on one of them and a gas enveloped the men and caused them to black out. The laughter of whatever carried them being the last thing they heard for a great while.

OOC: J-As I stated, Neale has a definate plan for you in this. Hold on and he will post it as soon as he can making it clear. He will start when your chars wake up. So, if you could just sit back for a few while he sets things up it woudl be appreciated.

Rogue

The pounding in her head was the first thing that she was conscious of...the lights behind her eyelids the second. She breathed in and it hurt her chest and back. Every movement made pain lance through her body and she had the overwhelming urge to just lay there and not try to move.

What changed her mind was voices nearing her position. Humans, she almost hoped. Though she was not in any shape to take them on at this point. Forcing herself to stand up, she leaned against what was left of the wall, trying to get her bearings and to steady herself.

A shout arose and she looked around. A group of humans were coming her way and they were armed. Damn! Ready or not she was going to have to high tail it out of there.

Taking to flight, she left the ground moments before the crowd reached the spot where she had been. She heard the firing of a gun and she put all she had into getting out of there and fast. It took effort but she soon left the crowd behind and was over some deserted buildings. Landing on one of the roofs, she moved into the shadows and leaned against some crates that were there.

Checking her com and sighing gratefully when it wasnt broken, she tried to steady her voice before speaking into it. "Xmen....I lost them. I lost Joseph and Bishop. I was attacked and now they are gone. I was forced to go into hiding but I will try to join you as soon as I can."

She avoided telling anyone about how shaken and maybe injured she was. They had more than their share of worries and she wasnt going to add to them. They might question why someone of her strength would have to go into hiding but she would deal with that later. Right now all she wanted to do was close her eyes again.

As if they had a will of their own, her eyelids drooped and she fell unconscious once again against the crates.

Joseph and Bishop

The pair of powerful XMen awaken to find themselves admist the rubble of an alien city. Looking around at the obviously unEarthly architecture, Joseph happens to look up at the incredibly star-filled night sky, where he sees an eerily familiar sight... the Earth! They stand, and notice immediately that they feel much lighter... Joseph's senses tell him that there is no magnetic field on the planet on which they stand.

Mystique

It wasnt long after Joseph and Bishop were taken and Rogue defeated that a figure appeared on the FF balcony. In times of peace no one would notice it as it was familiar. Anyone of the FF neighbors would have assumed it was The Torch who was landing there.

Mouths would have dropped though if they had seen the figure change from the fiery torch to that of Reed Richards himself. A pause, a metalic chirp and a few spoken words in a language not of this earth and moments later simple but subtle changes took place in Reed Richard's eyes and fingerprints. Now, no one...not even someone who was assosiated with the leader of the FF would suspect that this person was not him.

Sliding past voice and hand recognitions, the figure entered into the Baxter Building with no problems and headed straight for the lab where the original Reed was working. Looking up startled, Reed Richards was looking at his exact duplicate only the double had a very evil grin about his face.

"Lets not have a scene,"The double said,"You know who I am and I bet you even know why I am here. Well, that is not information you are going to be giving out any time soon."

The leader of the FF did not go willingly but the fight was over in a short time. The lab was smashed up and Richards lying on the floor unconscious at the feet of his double.

Again a metalic click and a few alien words and Richards disappeared in a beam of light. The last thing that his double did was to reach over and distroy the disk that Joseph had given him. With a satisifed smile, he headed back out of the apartment and into the sky once again.

Bishop

Bishop feels a familiar tug, as the eddys of the space-time continuum fluctuate about him. He hears an inhumanly powerful voice reverberate through his head, "You do not belong in this time, or this place. You disturb my Watching... begone!" And he is transported back through the depths of the timestream... to arrive in his native time.

They always went for little children, didn't they. Spiderman's web shot out towards the sai's his catlike reflexes were a gift sometimes, and a curse others. The weapons stopped mere inches from their target, hitting the wall with a dull bang.
Spideman looked back at the both of them.
"I am dressed bad? Have you looked in the mirror lately? Could you be any more stereotpyical, well I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a person who endangers the lives of innocent children, especially when their all tied up."
Spiderman whipped out the webbing, making it cover his entire body. His legs, up to his neck were a silvery white webbing. Spiderman was tempted to cover his face, but it was a small feeling, and he let it pass.
He watched as the man struggled and fall. One down, and one to go.

Elektra. Storm.

Storm:

I sent a burst of air towards Spiderman, sending him towards us. With Gambit sending cards towards the man they called Bullseye, I knew it would be a match for accuracy. I had never seen Remy miss. THough this man's name...well let's just hope it isn't true.

With a rumble and a burst of shattering building, I summoned the winds to keep it away from our team. Whipping around and with the flash of my eyes, lightening and hail began to fly through the heavens.

My hair swirled around me, and I saw Spiderman send the webbing onto Bullseye. And with that....

Elektra:

I was angry, no one...and I mean NO ONE, touches my sais. He was lucky I was outnumbered.

WHipping out my sai, I sent it down the back of the webbing, almost quicker than a flash of that damn woman's lightening.

I sneered at Bullseye. "You owe me."

WIth that, I took the sais in hand and flipped towards the Spiderman. "I don't miss..." With that, A flip of my wrist, and a huge gash lie across his chest.

I flipped backwards. "your skills are amateur Spiderman."

I wished back to the old days when duels were fair and considered an honor.

I kicked the Wind Rider Straight in the stomach, sending her stumbling and a blast of hail upon my person.

Bullseye:

With a scowl, Bullseye scuttled after his high tech pistols that Spidey had tossed aside to save the child. "Well, that saved me from a fist fight..." He said to himself. Gripping the two pistols in the middle of a roll, Bullseye came to his feet. Spidey's suit was torn along the front from one of Electra's attacks. Bullseye smiled. "Looks like you might need a tailor there web head! I'd give you my guy's number, but he only works with black... And we all know what kinda trouble you are when you wear black!" And with that, Bullseye opened fire on the blasted goody, goody. He didn't intend to lighten up on the web spinner this time! He kept on a constant dash, so his pistols weren't such an easy grab anymore. His accurasy was spot on, or it would have been if it weren't for that fuckers superhuman cheating. At any rate, he had to keep moving to keep from being hit, thats all Bullseye could really ask for at the moment. Maybe he would get lucky and sneak in a hit or two... Or coral him toward something explosive... "Near a car... Good!" He breathed to himself as the web-head jumped to avoid a blast, landing onto the roof of a car. Bullseye dropped into a roll and shot the car's gas tank. It promptly exploded...

Joseph

Out of no where me and Bishop are on anothere Planet. To make there was no magnetic feild on the planet. As we look around i turned and look at Bishop. I blink and he is gone. Not again why me! I am here alone! Dam it get it togthere . There are peopel that are in danger. We most find a way back to help them.

Spiderman leaped onto the building. The explosion catapaulted him higher than he ever would have dreamed, but he landed safely, clinging to the wall. Damn, when supervillans meant business they meant business. He looked down below, Storm didn't look like she ws up to her full potential yet, and Gambit seemed to be having his own trouble. Spiderman sighed, looking like more superheroing to do, and he was the one to do it.
Spiderman tested out his side, nothing more than a scratch. It didn't even hurt really, although he wasn't sure why it wouldn't stop bleeding for the moment.
In an instant Spiderman jumped down behind the woman. He grabbed her from behind, sending her sprawling on her back. One of her sais was in his hand.
"Inaccuracy my ass," he said as he threw it at the gunman. (he doesn't know your names, lol) One of the guns exploded in his hand. Spiderman jumped back from both of them. He quickly turned his nozzle from a short spinner to a wide spray. If they tried anything more, they would literally be in a sticky situation.
"Storm, can't you tornado their asses or something," he called.

Storm.

Storm:

My face unchanged by his remark. "Your request, can be granted."

WIth that, the wind picked up, a tornadoe flowed from the street.

The wind changed direction as I brough another from the opposite direction.

"winds, bring yourselves together, remove these pests."

I didn't flinch a muscle.

While the one named Elektra, darted and dodged until she flipped towards spiderman. SHe was face to face with him.

Lightening struck to the left of the woman. Just a warning.

I saw her draw her katana.

She twirled it, my eyes focused towards the man called Bullseye. "Mother nature doesn't like you."

Joseph

At first, the absence of a planetary magnetic field made Joseph think his powers had been stripped from him. Soon, though, he realized that the ground beneath him was heavy in iron-bearing dust, and there was a lot of magnetic material in the construction of the buildings around him. His powers were perfectly functional, they were just telling him that the planet itself was strange. He caused several chunks of rubble to fly around, testing himself, and felt fine.

He remembered that for a planet to have a magnetic field, it had to have an active molten core of iron, spinning, which generated that field. This planet must be totally dead... with low gravity... a 'full Earth' in the sky... it came to him in a rush of realization! He was on the Moon! But how was he breathing?

She Hulk

This was getting weird. First Jennifer was sleeping peacefully in the FF headquarters. Then she had felt something even through her sleep. It felt like she was frozen for several moments and couldnt move-something that would require power to do-and the next thing she knew she was in a tube of fluid with several tubes running from her to a machine. She didnt get a good look at anything before she blacked out again.

Now she wakes up and she is in some deserted city in a place with no gravity and a young Magneto. She had not been at the UN and new nothing of the chaos that covered the earth right now but she did know Magneto by sight and his views on humans and mutants.

With a growl, she faced the only person around who, in her mind, could be responsible for this situation she found herself in and said in a menacing tone,"Magneto! What game are you playing and why have you brought me here? To..to this...." Looking up, she got the answer she was looking for though not one she was ready to except,"Moon.....?"

Bullseye:

Bullseye's hand was pretty torn up and burned from the one gun's explosion. He ignored the pain the best he could. His mood was no longer all that chipper... "Fuck ya, mutant bitch." He spat. Firing his remaining gun without warning at Storm's knees, Bullseye was intent to blow her fucking legs out from under her. The situation looked pretty hopeless from where he was standing. Even with these fancy guns... The best he could hope for was wounding the weather witch, counting on the goody goody to swoop down to her resque, instead of fucking with them for a minute or two... Bullseye really didn't like the idea of being in the lock up with a bunch of more-than-human freaks... Like himself... It occured to him that Kingpin had set them up for a fall... That clenched it for him, along with the bloody mess of his hand. He and Electra were leaving, weather she fucking wanted to or not.

Joseph

"Be calm She Hulk! I am not Magneto. I am Joseph I am a friend of the X-Men. Please Calm down and I will explain who and what I am. But as far as where we are and why I have no idea.I get ready just in chase she charges.

Bishop

After dissappearing twice. I was back in the furture thing had got worse.Forge was waiting for me. He had me a new weapon. It would give me the ability to disabble the Skrull ability to change forms. He called it a Hyper-Wave Pistol. He warned me to be carefull. The Skrull where take the place of differnt people. That it would be hard to tell the differnce between them.So it was time to leave and go back to the FF headquaters.I had Forge send me back . I appeared back in New York . I could hear fighting. I took off to find what was going on."I got there as a group was fighting."

Gambit looked at Bullseye and threw his cards, watching as they hit him in the chest with a force that threw Bullseye back. Remy turned to Storm and shouted out, "Let us get the hell out of here, now!"

Spiderman didn't have time for fancy moves or attacks. He simply dodged as the woman attacked him. They fell to the ground, somehow Spiderman was on the bottom, and she was over him. The katana dangerously close to his head. He stopped moving, stopped breathing in fact.
He looked up at her wide, eyed. He had only meant to stop them, he didn't want anyone to die today. The tornado was keeping Billy the Kid occupied, but this woman was about to kill him.
He couldn't do anything to stop it.
"Storm," he said, although it was barely a whisper, he said it again, "STORM!"
He waited until he was sure she had heard him. Either she would help, or she would stop this woman. Right now, Spiderman didn't care which was which, he just wanted her off of him.

Elektra. Storm.

Elektra:

I had the man pinned, I knew he couldn't get out. My face, inches from his, I spoke.

"You ever hear of the Black Widow? You are of course a spider....did you know they kill after mating? " My voice barely audible, my lips emiting heat next to his.

"Too bad we don't get to play Spiderman. I would enjoy it..."

WIth that, I rose my katana. Then it hit me, I didn't know what was under the mask. I grinned. "I feel like this is a game of the preying spider...but...it IS the other way around isn't it..."

gently fingering the bottom of his mask. I was tempted, but I didn't do it..."You play fair Spiderman. That is your downfall..."

I took out my sai, not one of the new fangled things. But the old trusty sai. It gleamed in a flash of lightening. "Maybe I can use you..."

(whew this double time stuff ....is exhausting)
Storm:

I heard the faintest whisper in the breeze, with that I whipped around. The man named Bullseye, I saw him out of the corner of my eye.

I put up a hand and a wind with the force of a gale wind had him struggling to move. I had been grazed by his bullets. Twice.

I saw Elektra atop Spiderman. She seemed to be toying with him.

"Let him go. Or suffer the consequences."

The lady laughed. "Suffer what? Try me WindRider..." Said Elektra.

I hadn't been called WindRider in a long time, she had done her research, but apparently not well enough.

"Temperature drop around this fool." With that, the air around her body froze.

She Hulk

Unlike her cousin Bruce, Jennifer retained her mental facilities and so she was not apt to go off without thinking. Stepping back but keeping an eye on the man, she said,"For not being Magneto, you sure look like him. So speak already. What is going on here and what part do you play in this whole thing?"

Joseph

"My name is Joseph. There is a very good reason I look like Magneto. I am a younger clone of Magneto. I was created to destroy Magneto. But something went wrong and I joined the X-Men. I helped them fight Onslaught. Plus I am the one that beat Magento when he tried to destroy the Earth. As far as where we are I have no Idea. One minute I am flying with Rogue and Bishop net thing i know . The Tourch attacks us and next I am here with Bishop. Next thing I know he disappears . Then I few minute later you appear. All I know is the Skrull have somtihng to do with this. I don't know how but I know they do."

She Hulk

Jennifer stood back and crossed her arms, giving Joseph a hard stare. She was a criminal lawyer and so knew a lie when she heard it...at least most times and this man's words seemed to have the ring of truth to them.

"Okay," She said, making up her mind in that moment,"So what do you suggest we do now? If we got up here there has to be a way back...right? I suggest we try our best to find it."
