Anyone heard from Mauiwaui or Quetee lately? What about Rick or herenhorny, or LM70, or mtnbkr, or temptations?
I feel the need to gather all my stray chicks about me like a mama hen...hope everyone is well...safe and sound...and finding happiness. My ear is always ready to listen should anyone want to talk...and you know that helps!
My shoulder is always ready if you need a place to lean and maybe even cry.
And my arms are always open, ready, and willing to hold you and comfort when all else fails.
And that goes for all my lurking friends who come to read and see what I'm up to without posting. You just call out my name...and you know wherever I am...I'll come running! You all know who you are...I love you and long for your happiness.

They serve them in most Mexican chain restaurants as appetizers. It's cheddar cheese stuffed in a jalapeno, which is covered in batter and deep-fried. They're very good and spicy. Mine are not restaurant-quality because they often break apart during frying but they are every bit as yummy. I used to just slice the jalapenos and stuff a lump of cheese in the middle then cover it in cream cheese but tonight, I shredded the cheese and chopped up the jalapenos and made them that way. I don't have a deep fryer so I just fried them in a lot of olive oil in the frying pan.RomanHans said:
