Why does Bunny make himself sad with such movies? Bah! Go rent The In-Laws or Dirty, Rotten Scoundrels. Or better yet, Zorro, The Gay Blade. That'll lift your spirits.

LOL. When I was in elementary school, we used to sing Sakura in music class. And what is a mieko? Don't have my trans book handy. One of the secretaries in my department is named Mieko.

Shows how good my Japanese is after all these years...I should have said that I'm a 'maiko' (geisha-in-training)!

Uh oh, another Litster who's more or less local to DC--does this tip the balance yet so that any future Maryland Litogether should be in the DC area? Or is Baltimore still the center of gravity for this thread?

Since I'm the one who has the farthest to go...I hearby concede that most of you guys live south of Baltimore.
And I already told you I'd even go to Hooters, if that's really where you want to meet...
And Roman, judging by the response we've gotten from other people, there may only be you and I there anyway!

Well, I spent the day with my folks. We went to the boat show in Chantilly. Man, what a drive to get there. The boats were fun to look at. They didn't have any sailboats, though :-( The highlight of the day was seeing Twiggy. Hope everyone is having a great evening. Boy, do I need a beer.
