about the impact of two more months' worth of six-a-week training sessions and disciplined eating and more squats and deadlifts and laps and sprints than i can count.

and most importantly to compare it against a picture that bothered me from the moment i posted it months ago.

it's crooked and it shows more imperfections to the flesh than i really care to show.

but it's me. naked. and it's real. and there's a real difference from the picture i'm comparing it to.

and that's probably the most honest i've ever been in this thread.
