Maybe They WERE Spies

My point was that American media always reports that any American arrested in Russia is automatically innocent as if NO American could possibly be guilty of spying. Not PRESUMED innocent. Innocent. Griner was total fucking idiot that jeopardized national security. Thousands of Ukrainians are dead because of Griner.
Just when you think Ramone45 can't possibly get any lower rhetorically, he goes subterranean.

I'm not following. What did President Trump have to do with any of this? The prisoners were arrested under "Joe Biden's" regime. Does this have something to do with the false Russian Collusion allegations?
Convictions to be overturned on appeal. Will you accept that?
don't you ever get tired of being wrong?

Even though members of Trump's administration, including Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, criticized the espionage charges against Whelan after he was arrested in 2018, Trump did not mention Whelan's name publicly while he was in office.

David Whelan, Paul Whelan's brother, said in a statement Thursday that his family was "discouraged from speaking out about Paul's case."
so why didn't trump get Whelan out in the 2 years he had left in office???

Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) faced backlash Friday after he insulted on live television the prisoners freed in President Joe Biden's historic deal with Russia.

Perry likened Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich to a piece of cutlery in his dismissive analysis on Fox News of Biden's swap with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Essentially we've traded journalists for murderers and thieves," Perry said. "It's like trading a rifle for a spoon."
what. a. piece. of. shit

the White House responds to trump's stupid claims and rant

“This deal was brought about because the president had, President Biden had alliances and partnerships and trust he could build on, particularly with the German chancellor,” Kirby said.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz agreed to release a known Russian assassin, Vadim Krasikov, who proved to be a linchpin in winning Russia’s approval of the deal to release the Americans and close to a dozen other people.

“That’s what brought these guys home, was really solid relationships and trusting confidence that the president has built up over years with foreign leaders and a lot of hard work and some tough decisions by some very strong leaders here in the United States and around the world,” he added.

The U.S. did not pay for or receive any money as part of Thursday’s prisoner swap.

“The previous administration also conducted prisoner exchanges,” Kirby said in response to Trump’s claims. “The previous administration also had to make tough decisions to get Americans home.”

“I can’t dispute Mr. Trump’s number there, 59, but let me just tell you, President Biden has gotten more than 70 Americans home,” he added.

You don't know for sure. And this prisoner swap was a disgrace. Pure political theatre. Britney Griner absolutely deserves to be rotting in a Russian Prison and other Americans should have been released much sooner. Marc Fogel is held under the same charges as Griner and he's going to die because he doesn't check the right boxes.
Wow, Hisarporilla, you haven't used the Ramone45 screen name in a long while.

Dusting off some old favorites, are we? Are you going to bring back your Bud Spencer persona now, too?
