Member homepage pull down menu is behind banner

This started about a week ago. After logging into Lit, the pull down menu for options, works, etc, shows up behind the banner at the top of the page so you can't click on it.

I have reported the problem and thought it would be fixed by now. Is anyone else having this issue? There is a workaround if you click on a few other links you can get to a page without a large banner at the top so you can see the pull down menu, but I'd like to see the problem fixed.

Try a different browser? I don't mean switch from your favorite forever, but as a test.

I've tried Google Chrome as well as Brave with the same results. Note that I am still running Windows 7 and that might be the problem.

There’s a chance (aka I’m not saying this for sure will help) that text zoom in your computer settings is causing a spill (of container sizes). Try changing them to standard non zoomed sizes or less zoomed sizes if this is the case.

Changing subjects: it’s not safe to use such an old computer. Especially if (Lit excepted) you’re visiting bad parts of internet town. Known computer vulnerabilities exist that can easily take your old windows 7 computer over, even if you don’t do anything wrong. Don’t do banking on that computer!

Agreed. And nice job chiming in, everyone (edit). There’s strength in numbers! Submit a bug report.

And make it easy for them to recreate the problem, in order to hopefully fix. Describe your computer, version of your computer software, your browser, your browser, and copy and paste the web address of the page where the error occurred. Bonus points for the time of day including time zone that it happened.

That sort of thing will make any bug report anywhere be way better than most.

Attaching the screenshot to the bug report would be super helpful too.

I don't remember whether the bug report gives you a way to do that.

If not, then, one could include in the bug report a link to the screenshot hosted in this forum thread.

I believe this is the issue: You cannot access the user control panel/dashboard as the ads banner blocks it and disables the click.
I've been having this issue for the last week. I'm using Chrome as my browser; maybe it works on Edge or some other browser; I don't know. I can acccess it if I switch to the "Retro" old style view though, but that's a hassle.
