She did not direct the UN resolutions, nor control the 17 nation armed forces nor Russian and Chinese support for the rebels. SecState is not a military commander. HRC didn't kill 50,000 Libyans.

A poll taken by Dallas news station WFAA shows Trump's lead over HRC among Texas voters has slipped to only 4 points, within the margin of error.

While it may be possible that HRC could take Texas this election (I wouldn't bet money on it unless I was given really good odds), Texas is going to remain a very solid "Red" state for the foreseeable future.

Russia and China did not support the rebels. As Sec. State she most certainly was responsible for the UN Resolution (singular) which they then breached by acting as an air force for the CIA proxies that you call rebels.

Hillary and her clique were just as responsible for 50,000 Libyan deaths as Sarkozy and Cameron.
