Missing private messages

In the last hour I am receiving email alerts that I have new private messages. However after logging in to Literotica the messages are missing.
Can anyone tell me how I report this.

If you look in the top right corner of this screen, you will see an envelope icon with numbers over it............that is where you will find the messages mentioned in the emails. They are not like PMs in Chat.

Oh! I am confused. I have previously seen the numbers next to the envelope and they have been private messages.

However I am missing some from this afternoon.

It has always been OK before.

Is there a difference between messages here and mail type messages accessed from chat? I sent a message from chat, not a PM, and now don't know how to find it.

It has always been OK before.

You need to click "show all" when you press the envelope button. If and when the messages get a bit older, say 2-3 days, they stop showing up in that little pop-up window. Click show all to see all of your DMs.
