It's not a failure. If it was a failure, they could have repealed it easily. Like I said, they HAD to have a better plan. WHY? Because the ACA is working and people don't want their healthcare ripped away. They could have repealed it in the beginning, before it started WORKING and SUCCEEDING. Now, not only have they failed to repeal it, they've absolutely, utterly failed to come up with anything better, anything at all. Because it's working, despite sabotage.
Dems aren't "desperate" to rid themselves of it. WHat's your evidence of that? They absolutely refuse to work with Rs as long as "repealing Obamacare" is in the language.
Whoever said Rs put it into place? Democrats did. It's entirely a Democratic doing, even if the policy stems from Rs. That's only a bad thing if you have a manic hatred of the ACA.

Right, so we still have the Democrat failure known as ACA for a HC system.
And if the (D)'s hadn't sold out the working/middle class in the first place this wouldn't be an issue and Clinton would be in office.
I don't have a manic hatred of Dems, I'm just not under the delusion that it was Republicans that voted for and signed ACA into law like all the (D)'s desperate to rid themselves of it.
