Two variations I didn't see in the chain:

1) The son struggles socially after dad leaves/dies/was-never-there. The mom worries about him making friends and being popular. When he was younger, she felt guilty for her role in his fatherless upbringing, so she'd splurge on birthday parties and encourage him to invite lots of kids. As he (and his classmates) got older (old enough for Literotica to be ok with it), she noticed the lust in their eyes (and pants) and, aside from the ego boost for herself, started to suspect that getting a peek at her was helping attract additional classmates to the parties, especially the pool parties when the weather got warm. Wanting to help him makes friends if she could, she tried to create more opportunities (like parties at the indoor water park in the winter, movie night sleepovers, ski trip get-aways), and better opportunities (like getting a sexier bathing suit and being a little flirty). Maybe the son was oblivious to it all and just thought he was finally getting more popular? Maybe he understood what was drawing friends to his parties but didn't care and maybe even encouraged it a bit? She likes the game, getting more turned on as it progresses and the boys get older and bolder. Then, not only is she the "hot mom", but, on a ski trip she becomes the "cool mom" who pretends not to notice there's drinking going on... which emboldens a boy or two further. Once the momentum and teasing has started, it could go anywhere from there with her or a boy getting more aggressive... or maybe a boy(s) blackmails her, threatening to tell her son that the only reason they hang out with him is to catch peeks at her and she's been encouraging it all along. Not wanting to crush his ego, she gives in to the blackmail demands a little... then a little more.

2) The son is a little broken after his dad leaves/dies/was-never-there, but, instead of closing himself off, he becomes a bit of a dick. Maybe he angrily blames his mom for pushing his data way / killing him / never marrying him. He notices his friends have the hots for her, so, he starts charging them (money, drugs, etc) for opportunities to get a peek and flirt. He slips her some of the drugs to loosen her up when friends are around. Maybe she starts to figure out what's going on and is pissed (at first), but then turned on by the idea. Or maybe she did kills her husband and the son uses that as blackmail to dictate what she wear and that she flirts with his friends so he can keep charging them more. The slippery slope continues until he's running a very profitable little side hustle.

1a) Though, I do like the idea of her with just one of the friends... something fun and flirty and mostly innocent that slowly gets out of control and turns into more. Maybe it's a variation of #1, but, it's one particular friend that is the less popular kid in the group. All the boys stare at her with lust... and she subtly "innocently" and "mistakenly" teases them to make them want more. But, it's the quiet, respectful, less popular boy that she actively flirts with to boost his confidence and make the other boys envy the attention he gets from her. She gets an ego boost (and turned on) at how jealous the other boys get. Some of the boys try even harder, now that they know her "Behave. That's inappropriate" isn't 100% meant since the other boy is making progress. She takes pleasure giving them a LITTLE hope, then dashing it, then giving her favorite a little more attention. Her favorite starts to get "hero" status as the other boys think he's fucking the hot mom. He downplays it saying they are imagining things (like a gentleman), even as the slippery slope leads to a place where he is, in fact, fucking the hot mom.

Yeah, I'm not sure what role the son plays in 1a. Incest doesn't do anything for me, so I wouldn't add that element typically. Maybe the son, like the gentlemanly friend, downplays the situation, trying to assure his friends that his mom is not a MILF slut and to stop talking about her that way... naive and/or in denial?
