For all practical purposes the corrupt Democrat lawfare against Trump has failed. Democrats are wailing and flipping out on MSNBC and CNN. We haven't heard from Butters, Adrina, or the rest of the cat lady brigade. Are they beseeching the moon, cutting their hair, and slashing their breasts? :D

Sentencing has been delayed to prevent Donald Trump from using it as a campaign issue. He’s still going to be punished for his crimes.

The NY Case with Judge Merchan is going to go away. The convictions will be reversed at the appellate level. The J6 trial in DC will go away. The Florida case on classified documents has for all practical purposes already gone away. Judge Merchan is facing a serious ethics complaint as well.

DOJ Public Affairs Chief Says Alvin Bragg's Case Against Trump Was 'A Perversion of Justice'​

Now the DOJ Chief of Public Affairs for the southern district of New York, Nicholas Biase, "He [Bragg] was stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case. No, to be honest with you I think the case is nonsense," Biase said. He continued, "Every real estate person in New York does what he [Trump] did. Nobody's ever been charged with this. It's all him [Trump]."

"You know it's a perversion of justice,"

former federal prosecutor Elie Honig wrote a piece for New York Magazine making the case that Bragg contorted the law.

"...when you impose meaningful search parameters, the truth emerges: the charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor – in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere – has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever...

...to inflate the charges up to the lowest-level felony (Class E, on a scale of Class A through E) – and to electroshock them back to life within the longer felony statute of limitations – the DA alleged that the falsification of business records was committed “with intent to commit another crime.” Here, according to prosecutors, the “another crime” is a New York state election law violation, which in turn incorporates three separate “unlawful means”: federal campaign crimes, tax crimes, and falsification of still more documents. Inexcusably, the DA refused to specify what those unlawful means actually were – and the judge declined to force them to pony up – until right before closing arguments. So much for the Constitutional obligation to provide notice to the defendant of the accusations against him in advance of trial. (This, folks, is what indictments are for.)

In these key respects, the charges against Trump aren’t just unusual. They’re bespoke, seemingly crafted individually for the former president and nobody else."

It's as we said from the very beginning, this was a case made up by Democrats to interfere with the election. They are the true criminals.
 
It's time for the Trump defense team to go into Federal Court with a writ of mandamus and ask for relief under 18 USC 241 from the ongoing attempts by Bragg and Merchan to deny Donald Trump his rights to appeal in this illegal and unconstitutional prosecution. Trump cannot appeal until he his officially sentenced. That's why Merchan and Bragg are withholding sentence in his case. Technically under the law in NY he is not a convicted felon until he is sentenced.

Judge Juan Merchan on Friday delayed Trump’s November 26 sentencing in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare ‘hush money’ case indefinitely. Merchan gave Trump’s lawyers until December 2 to file a motion to dismiss. Trump previously asked the judge to overturn the conviction or toss out the case.

ABC News reported:
New York Judge Juan Merchan has delayed President-elect Donald Trump’s Nov. 26 sentencing date in his criminal hush money case, according to a brief order issued Friday.

The judge is allowing the defense to file a motion to dismiss the case, which he said is due by Dec. 2.

The judge provided no new sentencing date after adjourning the original Nov. 26 date.

I seriously hope Trump goes after these corrupt judges and prosecutors hard. That they got this far is blatantly ridiculous and shows just how disgustingly corrupt the system is.

They always said the Stormy Daniels Hush Money case was the least legally likely to succeed.

Funny how it wound up being the only spaggetti that stuck to the wall.

If they Felonized every President that paid their whores to shut up…. All modern presidents would have been jailed! ( except Carter and nixon)

There's that but state prosecutors have no authority to prosecute alleged federal crimes. The NDA was legal, the reporting was correct, the process involving the Judge and the prosecutor was criminally corrupt.

At some levels I have as well. She's not a radical dogmatist like Brown but she is wobbly. I cannot explain what her good intentions would have been that drove her to vote with the left and allow a manifestly corrupt process to continue.

You never explain what reason there is to believe there is any corruption in this process. Who bribed whom?
