I can't really judge, having not been anywhere else. But if you want to come here, then you should, I'm sure you'd enjoy yourself ;]

As I am American, it's a long way for me to travel, and very expensive. I'm currently living in Asia though, so that's a bit closer. I think.

That is always the trouble isn't it, the expense of it all. I would imagine asia is a little closer, doesn't mean its any more affordable though. Where in asia are you living?

I'm in Beijing. And you're right, I think it's still pretty expensive to fly from here to Australia!
