Once a month, one family member gets selected at random to be the center of attention on stage.

Doesn't have to be I. Definitely T though. Maybe mainly Ex/Voy.

Partner could be a friend, or mutual acquaintance from a sex club. Maybe a hired worker.

Attendees are parents, siblings, offspring, cousins, aunts, uncles, maybe even grandparents and may be dressed or not. Everybody watches the main event.

Could be as basic as a home living room, or elaborate at a club with evening wear.

Me too.
However, on the OPs idea, I'd create a family that is heavily involved in burlesque. From Granny to the grandkids. Which is still a thing today, though it's heyday was the 50s and 60s. Risque performances and scant clothing would be the norm. And who knows what else?
