Moon bases by 1999!!!

Well, 1999 is a long way off, but I am confident NASA will achieve it by then. I mean, we got to the moon in 1969 so at this level of progress we will easily have moon bases by 1999. NASA is not like other government agencies; they are efficient, mindful, and never waste money or resources.

In the meantime, we have a nifty space TV series to wet our appetites on our gigantic 19 inch TV's. (I hear some people have color TV's. But I think that's balderdash and poppycock).
