Florida Cops Under Fire for Violent Incidents With Black Women

Loving’s run-in with the police unfolded on March 5 after she and a friend, Adrianna Green, walked by the home of Frank Tumm, 50, a white neighbor, who allegedly began yelling at them and then became menacing when they shouted back.

“He called us hookers, called us racial slurs and suddenly he turned around and put a shotgun in our faces,” Loving said.

“He told me he was going to shoot my burnt black ass face off my neck,” she said.

That comment prompted the pair to call the authorities. But when the police arrived, they began to hurl questions at the two women instead of Tumm, Loving said.

Also:

On Tuesday, Benjamin Crump sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General William Barr, demanding a “full, fair, and complete investigation” into the trooper for using what he described as “unnecessary and unjustifiable lethal force” on Walton.

“Nothing less will do,” Crump wrote.

A Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment on whether Barr has received the letter or if the department plans to open an investigation.

But sheriff's officials announced late Saturday that the Deputy Angel Reinosa, a rookie deputy with the department, made the whole thing up.

Detectives met with Reinosa on Saturday for a follow-up interview about the incident, Capt. Kent Wegener of the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau said.

"Deputy Reinosa admitted that he was not shot at from the apartment complex area, as he had initially claimed," Wegener said.

"There was no sniper, no shots fired and no gunshot injuries sustained to his shoulder. Completely fabricated," Wegener said.

Po-leece helping po-leece:

"Authorities say a police officer and a suspected burglar were injured when they were struck by an unmarked police car that then crashed into a bus stop on a busy San Francisco street.

KPIX-TV reports the crash happened Saturday evening in the Japantown area where police called for backup while chasing two people suspected of breaking into cars.

Officials say an officer driving an unmarked vehicle responded and hit one of the suspects and an officer. Police say the suspect was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries and the officer was treated for less serious injuries."

And, Don't be cell phoning in you grandma's back yard!

You idiot. Watch the body can footage from both officers and listen to the dispatcher prepping them for dismount to answer the call. In fact, you can catch all 3 on donutoperator's YouTube channel. Just reading headlines and media blurbs shows how little you give a fuck about these situations in the first place.

ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis police officer pleaded guilty to a federal charge Friday and admitted lying to both the FBI and a federal grand jury about the arrest of an undercover colleague during protests in 2017.

Bailey Colletta, now 26, admitted that she told an FBI agent in June 2018 that she didn't know who Detective Luther Hall was and didn't come into contact with him on the night of Sept. 17, 2017. She also said she didn't know how he was taken to the ground, Assistant U.S. Attorney Reginald Harris said in court.

The next day, Colletta made a series of false and misleading statements to grand jurors, among them: that Hall was "brought to the ground very gently."

The original indictment accuses the three other officers, Dustin Boone, Randy Hays and Christopher Myers, of throwing the 22-year police veteran to the ground, kicking him and hitting him with a police baton. Their lawyers could not be immediately reached for comment.

Hall said he was beaten “like Rodney King,” according to court documents filed by prosecutors. He was fleeing from officers firing pepper spray, pepper balls and bean bag rounds at the time. Hall's lip was injured, and he suffered multiple herniated discs and a jaw injury that made it hard to eat. He has not returned to work.

Florida inmate says beating by guards left her paralyzed

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A female inmate at a Florida prison is suing the state corrections agency, saying she was left paralyzed after being beaten by four guards.

Cheryl Weimar and her husband, Karl, said in their lawsuit that her civil rights were violated when she was nearly beaten to death by guards last month at the Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, Florida.

Weimar was left with a broken neck and is now a paraplegic because of the guards' use of force, according to the lawsuit.

Two weeks ago, when she was cleaning toilets as a prison work assignment, she asked for an accommodation for her physical disability. The guards rejected the request and they began arguing. The confrontation caused an "adverse psychological episode" and Weimar requested that medical staff be called for her psychological emergency, the lawsuit said.

"Instead, one or more of the John Doe defendants slammed plaintiff Cheryl Weimar to the ground. While down, they brutally beat her with blows to her head, neck, and back," the lawsuit said. "At least one John Doe defendant elbowed plaintiff Cheryl Weimar in the back of her neck, causing her to suffer a broken neck."

The guards then dragged Weimar to a wheelchair "like a rag doll," allowing her head to hit the floor repeatedly, and took her outside of the compound, where there were no surveillance cameras, "so they could continue their brutal attack," the lawsuit said.

Officer won’t face charges after killing black man who didn’t have bicycle light

A Wisconsin police officer will not face charges after he chased and killed a black man who did not have a bicycle light.

According to WITI, Police Sgt. Eric Giese of Mount Pleasant will not be charged in the killing of 18-year-old Ty’Rese West.

Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson said that she determined that Giese actions “fall under the privilege of self-defense.”

The incident occurred after 1:30 a.m. on June 15 when Giese spotted West riding his bike without headlight, which is required after dark.

West reportedly refused to pull over and increased speed instead. A foot chase ensued after West dropped his bike and started to run. Giese said that he deployed his Taser but the prongs were not long enough to reach the suspect.

The officer claimed that West tossed a gun and then fell to the ground. Giese said West reached for the gun, but he stepped on the suspect’s hand. The officer then said that West got his hand free and reached for the gun again.

That’s when Giese fired three shots, striking West in the head twice.

The report found that Giese failed to activate his body camera.

Where is the gun? No mention of the gun in the report?

City Thinks Cops Can Legally Murder Undocumented Immigrants

According to the City of Southaven, Mississippi, undocumented immigrants don't have a right to not be murdered in their own homes.

In the middle of the night on July 27, 2017, two Southaven police officers went to the wrong house with no warrant. They then shot Ismael Lopez in the back of the head, killing him instantly. And now, they want a court to say that this was all fine, because Lopez didn't have the right not to be murdered in his own home.

In a motion to dismiss brief in Linares v. Southaven, Katherine Kerby, the lawyer for the City of Southaven and Zachary Durden, the officer who killed Mr. Lopez, makes the insane argument that undocumented immigrants have no constitutional rights and can therefore be summarily executed with no constitutional violations.

Yes, seriously.
