Let's say, that you wake up with a desperate bladder bursting need to pee, and by the time you reach the nearest toilet/convenient bush, your morning wood hasn't subsided in the slightest. What do you think/how do you react/what do you do?

Aim and hope I don't miss.

This looks like a good place to push back against the oddly persistent misperception that the full bladder is what causes the erection. It isn't. They just occur at the same time as a matter of coincidence. Of course your bladder's gonna be full in the morning. And boners occur off and on all night long, not just when the bladder's full. Waking up with both at the same time is just coincidence, not causal.

Sit down to pee. Far easier than trying to aim from waist height down into a bowl that's below your angle of fire.

I feel like I could use a diagram... What kind of angles are we talking about here? 🧐
That rather depends upon the elevation above horizontal of said wood. I have found that additional bending at the waist is necessary when dealing with greater angles. In extreme cases, you might need your head in the bowl, but I have personally not had to do so.

I recall needing this technique when visiting the toilet during a tantric massage. On every subsequent visit I could see my oily palm print on the wall.

I don't think that's correct. Maybe I'm an alien, but having a full bladder does tend to help with achieving a stiffie. I've also noticed that penis stimulation feels better when I feel the urge to pee.

And no, I don't have any pee fetish; That's @Bazzle. :p
