I guess there is nothing I can say that would make sense to someone who is so- oh, it is, ignorant, or stupid, or just plain hateful?- that he cannot distinguish between an indictment of an ideology- Islam- from hate of its adherents- Moslems. To anyone with a modicum of insight, there is nothing contradictory in my statement, and you have presented no case that there is.

While there is much in historical Christianity that cannot be defended, that is quite irrelevant to the present situation. I would claim that when people have killed in the name of Christ, they have acted against the Christian message. When Moslems kill the apostate, the infidel, when the subjugate the non-believer and women in general, they act in accord with the precepts of their founder and the ideology he expounded.

As one Christian I heard speak, who had worked for decades in the Middle East at considerable risk to her own life put it, "Islam is the enemy. Moslems are the victim." That distinction appears to go right over your head.
