It's Scottish....potatoes & turnips mashed together with lots of butter, although personally I throw in carrots & garlic too.

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

a 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
1 cup Irish Whiskey
2/3 sugar
1 T chocolate syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t instant coffee

Blend it until the sugar is dissolved. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
