Actually, I have a bunch of stir-fry recipes -- good because they're quick, easy, and low-fat. One variant I do often -- chicken with terriyaki, lemon juice and fresh ginger... yum! I also got a wok-pan -- like a flat bottomed non-stick wok with a flat bottom, which is less fiddly that a wok, I find.
