Actually danny, I have been doing work on hands and feet studies. I have five or six pages filled with different poses to get the ideas down pat. See, hands and feet do have a lot of personality and define a subject. It seperates the beginners from the experts. You can have one pose down, but another pose can stump you. Yet hands and feet are one of the more important elements of your piece.

I can post them if you want, but I doubt many are interested in page ofter page of practice.

yeah sounds great, be cool if you could post some up.
yeah its getting there, started an a2 study. going for scenery and a scene of a harbour for my bedroom wall only problem is i realised i cant paint as well as i thought lol so its going to take some time and practice, but i'll get there. my skewtches are coming along nicely. once finished my voyer sieries and a couple of others i'll get them uploaded

yeah i love escher's work with the realism and the use of his 'impossible structures' been studying his work for years.
and giger's use of colour and texture have also inspired alot of my work
