I have a question... Lorelai, are you a genetic melange, or are your roots primarily British?

I ask because some faces that I find exceptionally beautiful result from parents being from different races, or at least different ethnicities. Your face has that rare quality, so I was just... well, wondering.

So sorry I must have missed your question, but to answer it:

My roots a mainly British (there's some Spanish blood on my mum's side, not entirely sure about my dad's side though)

I'm not sure what it is about my feet, I don't particularly like my toes, I think they're strange haha

I love the teapot! you're right the shape of it is just lovely, I like the colour of it too

Oh no worries. Your thread is popular, and there are many posts. I completely understand. Thanks for answering. Personally, I think you have amazing features. Faces are always so interesting. You can see all kinds of things in them. My step daughter is mixed (Asian and Northern European), and she's lovely. Because we live in Southern California, many mistake her for being Hispanic. It doesn't help that she has an Hispanic boyfriend. They make an adorable couple, though.

Not having seen them, I can't say if your toes are strange or not. I can say, though, that unless they were mangled in a thresher, I suspect they embody the same beauty that's manifested in every other bit of you. That's not to say that any other part of you is strange, however. Well, I hope that you are a bit strange, though, because strange is far more interesting than 'normal.'

I'm glad you like my tea pot. It makes me think of my mom. There was one other, more fancy, tea pot that I considered keeping, but I didn't love it as much as this one, even though it may have been more valuable. I've always had an appreciation of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Perhaps that's because I grew up on the RMS Queen Mary. (My dad worked there.)

Anyway, sorry to blather on. xo
