My day is okay,better if I didn't have a headache.

lol, I got dressed okay on my own. :D
What I could have used help with was waking up,I had a headache and slept through both my alarms :rolleyes:

As for getting undressed I'm pretty good at stripping my own clothes off. ;) :D

Yeah now that you mention it,I think I remember seeing caffeine listed on a bottle of one of the over the counter pain relivers.
