Yep. Some people are just good at triggering that in you.

there is this one Buddhist nun I can't think of her name right,but she talks about how things like anger "hook you" inot being angery or acting out in an agery way.

An the trick is not to let things or people "hook" you into being that way. An you have to be aware that it happens liek that.

It is interesting,If I think of her name tomorrow I will come back and add it.
She has written some good books.

It's sad to me that's they way that some people live.

I thought of her name when I woke up. It's Pema Chodron. She is a very interesting person.

eh that sucks. I hate when my plans get changed.

I fell into bed at 2 am and woke back up at 4:30 and couldn't sleep,so here I was.

I did get more sleep eventually though.

Yep,I have bad timing too.

That and I havn't felt very socal for a few days now,so I have been hiding out.

Hopefully I will back around more often again.

Not much. Mostly due to the fact I havn't been around.

The dragon hasn't been around much to my knowledge,then again neither have I.

I just want to let everyone who pots here know that I will try to drop in when I have a chance. As for right now the semester has me extremely busy.

I have had some free time,I usualy fill it with taking a nap.lol
