well it wasn't too hard for me but I've been getting compliments for as long as I can remember for one thing or another so just think about something that you like about yourself it doesn't matter what and think about that instead of insecurities or anything negative like that because everybody has insecurities and negativity in their lives but you shouldn't let them bring you down

I will try,I promise.
I used to be confident,but then "stuff" just kinda happend in life and I started focusing on the negative.
I know I need to put a stop to taht though,I may as well start now.

np I've been there before. I could tell you sob stories of things I've been through and infact I used to and I used to act like nobody knew what my life was like and I was really negative until I realized that your past doesn't matter. only your present and future do so I decided to quit feeling sorry for myself and get my act together

you should never ever dislike yourself. You can dislike your situation but if you don't like yourself other people won't either. At the end of the day it's just you unless you're lucky that night of course but at some point it's just you and if you don't like yourself life will suck

I myself am right in the middle of the two..I'm not an asshole but I'm definitely not a pushover and if you start getting bitchy with me thew gloves come off and the smart ass sarcasm and/or insults starts flying. I can match insults and sarcasm with the best of em ub then again I can be nice just not cheesy nice. If I give someone a compliment I don't give it to give it. I mean it. If somebody isn't in my opinion worthy of a compliment I'll tell them straight to their face and not lie.
