Ahhhh but I did comment quite a bit about the first part of your story and others stories. And of course I am not one to follow rules .

Ok one story... thats what I shall share...


Four years ago... I lived outside of Virginia Beach.....right off the naval base....in an apartment complex...

First... I noticed that small objects were moved.... my keys would somehow get from the TV to an end table when I only left the room for a few minutes. My microwave would come on by itself.....lights would flicker......the sound of footsteps would sound on the stairs... and I would go to look... and no one was there.

My cat that I had at the time would go crazy every night at Midnight... screeching and running around knocking everything over.....

A friend of mine came over...... and while leaning back against my couch he looked up the stairwell...... his face drained of all color and looked at me and said that something was looking at him....

he never came back to my apartment LOL

Finally one day I saw the 'something' while I was cleaning.... I had gone upstairs to clean my bathroom..... my parents were coming down that night.....and while I was in the bathroom scrubbing the tub.... I saw and felt someone go by and into the guest room..... I thought maybe my neighbor... who had a key... had come over and hadn't seen me in the bathroom...

So I got up and walked into the guest room.... at the window was a form....... from what it looked like... he was dressed in blue..... from head to toe...... and he just looked out the window and then disappeared.....didn't even notice that I was there.

So I got curious... I know that most ghosts only cling to certain places because their life was there...... so I did some investigating.... turns out that where my apartment once stood... had been part of the Naval Base at one time... and had been housing for those enlisted....... well from what I got from the people who had lived there for a long time..... the building that was once there... burned to the ground in a freak accident....
and I believe that the spirit was one of those who had been killed there....

He looked like he was watching for someone.... maybe waiting for someone to come home.......

I work in construction and I have seen something simillar which could be a explanisation, Its a fungus that grows on blocks that are damp and in a dark humid place. I am not saying this to call you a liar or anything im just giving this as a alternative p.s that fungus is toxic.

try trowing disel on it to kill it becuse it growws back again and again.

I'd have to look at plans to the house, and in effect, what it would do to the structure of the house.

I don't doubt that there is someone down there.

My friend, who studies Native American history, lives a few neighborhoods over, near a wooded area. In his digging for arrowheads, he's found human remains. *shivers*

I wouldn't be surprised if developers found bones and didn't deal with them properly.

ith these clearer pictures it looks like moisture has built up in your wall .what type damp course have you got down?
The reason I think it is damp is the salt on the wall from the blocks {the white resadue on the blocks.
I the wall damp to touch.

If you rule out all the possiblitys it has to be th impossible.
