I would be interested in 3. Home owner / tenant. Where your character is the home owner. Perhaps you and your hubby own the house/complex and you tend to manage it while he does other business elsewhere. We could flavor it as you are in a sexless marriage, or I seduce you over time, or even I am handy with a computer or fixing things and get some blackmail on you.
