It's been busy more then fun This is the first time I've really had to get online

And I still say have some Edlerflower and honey It's good for clearing the head and sore throats My old mum swore by it

A nice warm bath sounds good..I am going to walk on the treadmill here in a few and take a long hot shower.......Just let the water beat over me to relax me...I hope that your warm bath will help you to relax..
