My Weight Loss Journey

Yeah, owning your own business is def stressful (from what I hear) LOL and damn I hope thats not what I have to look forward to when I am 30. You dont look too much older than 30 now? How old are you?

Yeah, having your own business is a real drain. I wouldn't ever do it again. It almost killed me.

I'm 36...and thank you!

Wow, man. Congrats on the weight lost.

thanks man!

Ok, so some have asked about "it" so we can do some before and afters too with "it" :)

This is "it" six months ago

thank you...yeah my face seems to lose it first. My stomach will be dead last I'm afraid

Sadly, yes. When I got down to race weight last year with 13% body fat guess where that 13% was? Ab/core ecercise help. You are on a big journey. Best of luck!

Do you have a goal weight?
Are you aiming to do some running events or tri's?
Both are coed sports with women in spandex.

no, I can't run...my knees are shot. I been swimming.

My goal is 215-225 range. I'm at 265 now.

well HELLO!! ;)

Hello!

You are doing great, keep up the good work.:rose:

I gained some weight after my daughter died and her twin was born touch and go, with many issues. Very dark time in my life, the darkest.

I have a carb addict, love pasta and bread too.

When I realized I was not doing my surviving daughter any good being unhealthy (nor my other four children), I started running (okay, walking, then jogging, then running, lol) and went back to healthier eating, NOT dieting and took the weight off.

Sometimes I have carb binges, God I love spaghetti with a nice marinara or some fetticine alfredo with homemade fresh and hot bread. But I just up my exercise for that day and cut calories here and there each day to make up for it.

Keep on, keeping on!:)

yeah, its tough....for me I still eat pasta all the time.

the biggest diet change I made was stop eating fast food, and stop with soda and energy drinks.

Them things alone made a huge difference. Lately I've been eating some of it more..but for a few years that was pretty much my diet cause I was working so many hours.

but I try to avoid it as much as I can. Doing that and just the exercise have been huge.

Congrats on where you are now.
I sure hope you meet your goal.
Swimming will do it, plus the cardio aspect of it is great.

Took a couple new pics tonight. Swam 50 laps and took some post swim pics. HOpe you all enjoy.

Not sure if any one is still here. Swam 50 laps again tonight and feeling really good last few days. This is a big jump in my routine so I hope to see some good results soon.

Wow! The latest pics are really showing how much thinner you've become. You're doing great baby! So proud of you. :)

And may I just say....hubba hubba :D

If my best friend wasn't married... you'd be JUST her type.

Keep up the good work with trimming down. And... NICE cock, by the way. :)

I've always thought you were quite the catch, but I'm very proud of you for sticking to this and doing what you want for yourself and no one else :) You look amazing, darling. ;)
