While I definitely agree that it could have been worded a different way, I do see both sides of the story. Way too many people come on here posting pictures they stole from the internet and trying to pass them off as their own. And then the ones who are legit are sometimes questioned especially when it is a guy posting pictures of his SO. I have seen it before that their SO was not aware of their pictures being posted. It's not an ideal situation.
