There will certainly be more pics to come- a variety I assure you. One of my intentions for this thread is to explore something that enlivens my spirit. Yoga is the union of body, mind, and soul and is not just about the poses. For those that want to see more of me bending all sorts of ways... patience is a virtue.

I currently am without a photographer which makes things a bit more challenging, but I will see what I can do. For now I'm going to continue posting the last bit of pics I do have from last year. I will bring things current as quickly as I can.
