1) Listening to my clock radio go off.
2) Being shocked to full awake mode when the alarm on my cell phone goes off.
3) sticking an arm out from the covers to see if the heat went off in the night.
4) getting out of bed & going to the bathroom.
5) going to the kitchen & putting the kettle on.
6) feeding the rodents.
7) making my tea & breakfast then eating it.
8) pack my food for the day.
9) get dressed for work.
10) Double check I have everything before I leave for work.
