.:Looks like hes not gonna be to much help:. Krystal thought as she jumped off her branch launching Kunai at the hidden grass gennin. They were easily dodged .:useless weapons:. . Looking around seeing the cowards did not follow her.

"Your obviously an idiot, you jump into battle without teammates pfft this will be easy" said one.

"I agree, Hidden Leafs are so overrated..." said another. With that they jumped out of sight. .:Where'd they go:. Krystal thought. To bad she thought for to long a brick wall hit her in an instant.

Krystal went skidding and hit a tree. To her it seemed like the grass she had fallen into was growning rapidly 5 feet 6 feet 7 feet 8 feet 9 feet 10 feet... .:Shit:. she thought.

I crouched and concentrated, putting chakra in my feet, I created a small board of ice under me, which I slid silently forward on. Moving very slowly, I had let the ice slide me forward, I noticed there was one in front of me, the guy seemed quite a bit older, and a bit panicky. I quietly jumped up and hit him hard at a very particular point, it made him pass out. As he fell, I caught him and stopped concentrating my chakra to my feet and let it flow normally, as I moved silently away, jumping into the tree where I knew Ookubo should've been waiting. I felt someone's familiar chakra move over and knew already that it was Ookubo. She nodded to me and jumped down, getting her prey. She was down there longer than normal, I heard a few clangs of battle and was about to jump in when I saw Ookubo jump out with the ninja she had picked passed out and drenched in water from the suirou no jutsu. I wondered if we needed to even pick up the third one. I started searching the body I had immobilized. I picked up some interesting kunai and other things but there wasn't much. I looked over hoping Ookubo had more luck. She held up a scroll and we left the bodies where they were, I stripped mine of weapons and tied him to the branch using his rope. Ookubo did the same, and then Ookubu signaled, by using an illusion to create the sound of rushing water. Murame took the cue and her clones slowly dissapeared, one of them led the last victim in the opposite direction we were headed and then just turned back into a puddle of water, the mist, still up as Ookubo, Murame and I headed towards the center, this time, by way of the river, so that we wouldn't be at too much of a disadvantage if someone saw through our ploy.

Jin's group decided the best way to quickly finish the exam was to split up and take on multiple groups at once. They would have to meet back at this place once they have accomplished their tasks. Jin had a bad feeling inside him, somehow knowing there is gonna be a lot of trouble involved with this. Jin, now hopping from tree to tree, scanned the area until he noticed a group down at the ground. He examined them, One of them is pretty strong in chackra, the other one is good in Tai-Jutsu, and the third one has a sense of accuracy...hmmmmmm Jin knew he was running out of time, so he ambushed them from above, throwing kunai knives down at them.

Suddenly, the trees started to seem to come alive, attacking the Grass Ninja. It was part illusion, part animation jutsu.

.:What the hell the grass is so tall she couldn't see and it looked like the trees were coming alive:. Krystal thought as she stood up. "LAzy boy where are you" she started runing through the grass looking for her friend and the other guy.

Suddenly a Kunai got stuck in her arm and a few missed her by inches. .:Shit:. one of the grass ninjas felt like he could take the red headed girl a dove in.

"Time to die you stupid little girl" he shouted at her. The Grass gennin missed the red head. The next thing he heard was the red head shout "TEN THOUSAND FISTS." A hard punch landed hit him in the jaw then a kick in the back then a punch in the stomach...ect. 21 kicks and punched later the grass gennin layed on ground. "That girl she-she kicked my ass in 4 seconds" blood was coming out of several places in his body.

Krystal bent down over the boy. "Whose the iddiot now" she kick him hard in the face. She then punched him in the face knocking him out hopefully killing him. Krystal then searched the boy "AAH a scroll the opposit one to well." .:But there is still two left:. Krystal leaped up to find her teamates!

Three bodies fell to the ground. Jin felt his body ached so much. I never knew i had this much chakra, thought Jin. Last thing he remebered was he was cornered and suddenly he had a chakra burst and then he started doing all these jutsus without learning them. He took a rest and searched through the pockets. Yes, found them, now to get back to my group. He started walking back when suddenly, he found a group being attacked by Grass Ninjas. Oh Shit! this is going to delay me....

Nanashi/Seki

I looked to Murame and Ookubo, we were moving next to the river, and it was getting late. We grouped together for a moment and then decided that we should start to get food. Looking around, we decided that the best place to get our food was the river. I waited, and started concentrating my chakra into the surroundings, knowing that I did it many times before, even though, it seemed so foreign to me. I knew I could concentrate and the mist started to cover the area so Murame and Ookubo could work. I realized I started concentrating a little hard as the mist around me started turning into snowflakes and I let my chakra flow back into me again, remedying that problem. I watched as they started fishing, using suirou jutsus, it seemed so normal to me. Yet I had no memory of anything like this when I first woke up two years ago. They said I was ninja, and that the swords on my back were mine. They showed me clips of what I could do, and I remember recreating some of those moves, yet . . . it was so . . . foreign to me, however it was also so familiar. I remember looking at my movements, and I copied them, it was so odd seeing me, hearing me on video. I was shown that I could do many things, manipulate water, and ice, yet I couldn't remember a single thing. Watching them with suirou, I realized that even though this path was the path that I walked along before, it just felt so odd. Even after two years of retraining, being told the way of the shinobi, and now here at the test, something about it just didn't seem to be right.

I sat there, keeping the mist up, and then someone tapped me on my right shoulder, my hand came up with a kunai so fast at where a person should've been, out of pure instinct and reaction. I didn't think, but I heard someone jump back and looking through the mist, I noticed it was Ookubo the expression her face was a little hurt as she had a suirou with some fish swimming around. I had put the kunai back in the pouch on my right thigh. I was told normally people carried one, but when I woke up, I had two, one on each thigh. I left it that way, I kept the way I dressed because it felt normal to me, I noticed that when I changed my clothing and equipment around, it just didn't feel right, it felt wrong, more wrong than being a shinobi did. I walked over to Ookubo and said "gomen nasai" then pulled out my ninja tou, spearing two of the fish on it. After that we started to figure out how to make a fire. None of us had skills to make fires, yet we had to figure something out without attracting others.

Jin needed to find a way to get out of this. But part of him wanted to help. "Hey are you a ninja from the hidden leaf village?" smirked one of the Grass Ninja, "Because you sure look as dorky as those ones over there!" He pointed out to the other group fighting. That pissed off Jin, a lot. "I'm going to make all of you eat those words, especially you!" replied Jin, his eyes growing from a light blue to a crimson red colour. He charged at them, his sickle pulled out, and already he started making seals for the jutsu he was going to use.

.:Uh-oh here comes another:. Krystal jumped over a punch from the grass nin she was fighting in the grass. Trees were walking every where .:This is like the time I drank way way to much Sake at the tea house except the sun isn't wearing cute little glasses and there are no whales coming towards me...get together Krystal:. Krystal dodged another attack. *Pant *Pant *Pant

"Why not you just give up and give us your scroll and ours back you pretty little girl" the grass nin grabbed forward a took Krystals' face in his hand.

"What the hell are you doing?" Krystal shouted.

"Stupid bitch." he tossed Krystal into a tree. .:My Chalkras to low I can't keep this up to long:. she threw to kunai in hopes it might acually hit him...they didn't.

The 10 foot grass seemed to get pointier and dart towrds her cutting her arm. "Stupid leaf nins as usual" the grass nin called. "You are so pretty...I won't kill you if you kiss me" he called again. Krystal turned and darted.

.:Gotta get out gotta get OUT!:. Krystal thought through the grass. To her suprise the grass nin jumped in front of her and grabbed Krystals' face again and kissed her then threw her on the ground. "Haha I bet you liked that...now hand over that scroll."


Krystal was petrified she crawled backwards through the grass and found the trunk of a large tree the Grass nin was walking towards her. "HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs!

A tree picked her up, and then swung with one of its other branches, sending the grass ninja flying.

After the tree swung at the grass nin it put Krystal down. It was startig to get dark seemed like 6:30 .:I have no energy left:. she started to sleep. She was standing there a sword in her hand and her dad infront of her making hand signs that looked like the omni slashes but afet the enitial 6 it went on to 10...he kept repeating it Rat,Horse,Horse,Tiger,Rat, Boar,Ox,Dragon,Dog,Monkey...Her dad kept doing it over and over and over...she now knew it by heart but he kept doing it......

Sonia Ookubo

IC: I jumped back keeping my arm stiff to maintain the water prison. He took a swing at me, had his mind been so lost in thought that he forgot about me? Two years of training and he still hasn't recovered. He still doesn't trust me, not the way he once had. 'Gomen nasai' I put up a false smile and he drew his weapon and speared two of the fish.

"So now begins the dilemma of cooking them." None of use had fire jitsus, I normally carried a flint with me to light the fire but I had lost that by the second day. The other two sat in thought I myself was trying to maintain my water prison. "While we could eat them raw that probably isn't very healthy. So are we going to try rubbing two sticks together or something?"

Nanashi/Seki

I sighed and sat down wondering what to do, when Murame came over with some wood. I noticed she kept the wood dry by using her chakra to shift the mist around. I watched her as she set the wood down, and I moved the mist to keep the wood dry, she then grabbed some grass and started putting it on top. Murame said "I still have my kit" and begun to strike the flint to try to light up the grass. After a bit we had a fire going, I was happy we still had the mist, because the fire and smoke wouldn't attract anyone. So I sat there thinking about the past wondering what had happened to me while I waited for the fish to cook on my sword.

Jin knocked one of the grass ninjas out with the ball end of the chained sickle. He quickly looked through his belonging, but could not find the scroll. Just then, Jin heard a kunai whistling towards him. He quickly did a front roll and dodged the kunai barely. Damn, they are sneaky... He also noticed the trees moving towards him. Argh, like this day could get any worse. First, I get involved with some random fight which cost me time, and now i have to fight grass nins in their own element! While thinking about this, he quickly launched some of his own kunais and threw his sickle at one of the annoying grass ninjas

SFX-Crack(for a tree falling down). Krystal woke up heavily breathing *pant *pant "Rat,Horse,Horse,Tiger,Rat, Boar,Ox,Dragon,Dog,Monkey"..."Rat,Horse,Horse,Tiger,Rat, Boar,Ox,Dragon,Dog,Monkey." .:What were those hand signs for:. . There was another leaf nin down there with a sickle and chain ball. Next to him was a knocked out grass nin .:well theres 1 left:. ...

Krystal leaped up her head still hurting. .:Where is that last annoying nin:. she thought...

Sonia Ookubo

IC: The fire was going and the mist provided us with a level of protection. We were the only team of mist ninjas to past the first exam. So few ninjas here could navigate our barrier. While we hadn't been making great time, we were doing well. We ate regularly, weren't tired, and were barely harmed. Perhaps the most dangerous moment for me was when Seji attacked me suddenly.

I looked at him the fish were becoming crisp on his blade, and he was lost in thought. It had been this way for two years, before that things were... "Hey Seji, what do you remember from the academy?" Truth is he probably is well past annoyed with questions of this sort, but I still don't understand what it is like to not know who you are. To chase after a goal you don't remember having. I probably wouldn't be here right now if I was in his shoes.

Jin noticed a girl from the leaf village starting to get up. He decided to help her before the last ninja comes and claims her life. "Are you okay?" asked Jin. As she looked at him, Jin noticed she was one of the most beautiful girl he ever seen, but now is not the time to be staring at a pretty girl while they are in danger. Jin started using his ears to try to hear the last grass ninja out. I know that the grass ninjas like to make illusions to confuse their enemies, but it only works for sight. I can hear them out!

Draco jumped out of the trees, landing on top of the final ninja, with a kunai in each hand. He attacked silently, before disappearing into the grass. He had little trouble moving with the ninja's movements, but the real trouble was keeping the others safe.

Time 10 minutes after fight.......

Krystal located Jin and her friend Kengi..."How did you two do" .:WtF that guy isn't even scratched:. looking at Jin. The looking over at Kenji .:bruised and torn up as ussual:..

"I got one of them" the calm one said(OOC:sory about speaking for you char Dr won't do any harm right)

"So did I" Krystal breathed "and there was another guy...he was also a leaf nin hes over there against the tree. Krystal points towards Jin "I guess he helped me we should at least thank him" she then walked towards him and sat down at the bottom of the tree Jin was at "thanks..." she mumbled Krystal didn't like being saved.................

"No problem. Just helping another leaf ninja, as usual." Jin mumbled back. Then without any words, Jin quickly jumped into a tree and started heading back to the meeting spot his group said. Hmmmmm, I wonder if those ninjas are still gonna make it? pondered Jin.

"Sorry guys, i got into a big fight with another group!" smiled Jin.
"Hmph. You're late. We could have went searching for you. We almost thought you died!" replied Neji.
"Don't be too hard on him, Neji. Besides, he still did get the scroll, right?" said Rock Lee. Jin nodded his head and took out the scroll they needed.
"Good. At least you are still of some use to us." said Neji, taking the scroll.
"Yeah i kno-WAIT! I'M NOT A TOOL!!!" Jin shouted at Neji. Lee just laughed at started heading into the tower.

My thoughts about my parents, and wondering why this felt so familiar were interrupted when I looked up at Ookubo. I said "eh? nande?" then I realized the fish were getting overcooked "aite te te te" and pulled the fish away from the fire and handed Ookubo the blade hilt first "gomen . . . "

Seeing that they were the first group here, they just sat in a dark room, everybody silent. Jin was thinking how would the next part of the exam would go, and if he would ever see this exam through. He noticed the others were getting ready to sleep, so he just laid his head on a table and slept.

Sonia Ookubo

IC: I took the blade hilt and slid my fish off. I then past it to Murame by the hilt. Once she had handed the blade back to Seji, I spoke. "Murame can you put out the fire." In honesty I was sad to ask her, a fire was a warm companion that made me feel comfortable. It had to be done how ever, the fire sent and smoke would draw both animals and other ninja and while the mist provides some protection, it doesn't make us invincible.

Murame handed her fish to me and stood up. She made one hand sign and then used her chakra to slowly snuff out the fire with out making any smoke. I handed the fish back to her. I bit and chewed on the blackened flesh of mine, I had eaten worse, the life of a ninja wasn't an easy one. I glanced at my team mates doing the same. I smiled to myself, we had a strong team. Murame knew many tricks and had excellent control of her chakra and I had rarely seen her use to much of it. I was fairly fast and with the advantage of my blood line jitsu more then capable of handling opponents at close range. Then Seji is the strongest of us all, I glanced over at him once again in his own thoughts. He was the strongest, now I am not sure any more. Still we are a strong team.

I kept the mist going and started eating, thinking back for a bit as I was eating, it didn't taste like much. I realized Ookubo had been looking at me "nani o?" I asked. It wasn't formal but then again, we supposedly had known each other for a while.

Draco looked at his watch, then at his companions. Time was against them, according to what he'd been told. "We'd better hurry. We have a lot of ground to cover, and little time to do so in." With that, he took off into the trees, moving swiftly and silently, but making small marks to show his path to them.
