Hellos.. I am hoping someone can help me track down a story and author I read several months ago, It is one of those I would like to read again.
Synapse of story/elements hi-lighted as I recall them:
A tech/network guy almost hits the bosses daughter with his bike as he is leaving work. She tries to get him fired, he says watch the video it was her fault. He flirts with the same girls sister in an elevator at the office. He is sent by the boss (her father) to fix her dentist office network. The main hero of story is really from a wealthy local family but has estranged himself from the family due to way treated by father growing up. Mother never supported fathers decisions. His sister works in finance or trading (can't remember exactly.) Hero invested in a restaurant that he is a silent owner, and has banned his family from eating there as a silent partner. Hero has to reveal his family background (he changed his name) to the dentist sister as she wants him to go with her to an event that his family will be at, so will be recognized. I believe he takes the dentist sister on a double date withe the b1tch sister in a Bugatti he spent some of his trust on.
Again, have been going through my saves trying to find this story for several weeks, as time permits, with no results. If those above "notes" ring a bell to anyone, I would greatly appreciate being directed in the correct direction.
